국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생의 역기능적 진로사고와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 그 하위요인의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도, 충청도, 경상도 소재의 4년제 대학교 학생 174명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 성실히 응답한 158명의 자료를 최종적으로 분석에 사용하였으며, SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석 및 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역기능적 진로사고와 진로준비행동, 역기능적 진로사고와 긍정심리자본 간에는 유의한 부적 상관, 긍정심리자본과 진로준비행동 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 역기능적 진로사고와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 역기능적 진로사고와 진로준비행동의 관계에 긍정심리자본이 보호요인으로 작용한 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 역기능적 진로사고와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 하위요인인 자기효능감, 희망은 조절효과가 나타나지 않았고, 복원력, 낙관주의는 조절효과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 논의하였고, 제한점과 후속연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between dysfuctional career thinking and career preparation behavior. In this study, 174 college students were sampled and 158 copies were used for final analysis, excluding 16 copies of insincere responses. For the empirical analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used. The results of this study are as follows: First, dysfunctional career thinking, career preparation behavior, positive psychological capital had meaningful correlation. Dysfunctional career thinking had negative correlation with career preparation behavior while positive psychological capital had positive correlation with career preparation behavior. Second, positive psychological capital was shown to have moderating effect on between dysfunctional career thinking and career preparation behavior. This result implies positive psychological capital is able to decrease the negative influence on dysfunctional career thinking to career preparation behavior. Third, the moderating effect of subscale of positive psychological capital between dysfunctional career thinking and career preparation behavior, resilience and optimism had moderating effect between dysfunctional career thinking and career preparation behavior. Based on the results of this study, the implications, limitations, and future research directions were suggested.
