중국 중등학교 교사와 학생의 공감수업 요구분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 중등학교 교사와 학생들을 대상으로 ‘공감수업’의 구성 요소에 대한 필요수준과 실행수준을 조사하여 공감수업에 대한 요구도를 분석하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 중국 중등학교 교사 245명과 학생 246명을 대상으로 총 491명에게 설문을 실시하여 분석하였다. 요구분석을 위해 첫째, 대응표본 t검정을 통해 통계적으로 필요수준과 실행수준의 차이를 분석하였다. 둘째, Borich의 요구도 공식을 이용하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 셋째, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 요구도가 높은 문항들을 좌표평면에 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 세 가지의 결과를 종합하여 최우선순위 문항을 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 중학교 교사와 학생의 요구도의 가장 공통적인 부분은 공감수업에서 구성원 간의 관계에 관한 것이다. 둘째, 중학교 교사와 학생은 목표에서도 우선순위가 높게 나타났다. 하지만 차이점으로 교사는 수업을 통해 교사와 학생이 모두 성장하는 것에 대해 요구도 우선 순위가 높게 나타났고, 학생은 수업에서 긍정적인 정서 경험이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 고등학교 교사와 학생은 공감수업 관계와 목표에 대한 우선순위가 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 고등학교 집단의 차이점은 고등학교 교사는 수업 방법에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났으며, 고등학교 학생은 관계에서 더 다양한 요구가 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 교수자와 학습자의 요구를 파악하여 공감수업을 구축하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs for establishing empathic instruction by investigating the desirable status and current status of components in empathic instruction for Chinese secondary school teachers and students. This study collected and analysed data through surveys that 245 secondary school teachers and 246 students, 419 in total responded to. For need analysis, following three research methodologies were employed. Firstly, a paired t-test was used to statistically detect the gap between the desirable status and current status. Secondly, priorities among the needs were calculated through the Borich s needs assessment model. Thirdly, components with high demand were presented on the coordinate plane using the Locus for Focus model. Finally, the highest priority components were derived from these. The research results are as follows. Firstly, the biggest common point of teachers and students in Chinese middle schools is the relationship of the empathic instruction. Secondly, the most obvious difference between teachers and students in Chinese middle schools is the objectives of the empathic instruction. Thirdly, teachers and students in Chinese high schools showed a high demand for the relationship and objective of the empathic instruction. Fourthly, Chinese high schools teachers is the method of the empathic instruction, while high schools students highly demanded for the relationship of the empathic instruction. On the basis of these results, implications for building empathic instruction and suggestions for follow studies are discussed.
