국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애인의 도전적 행동유형이 발달장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 삶의 질을 사회적 안녕과 심리 및 정서적 안녕으로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 경기도에 거주하는 만 18세 이상 발달장애인을 둔 보호자이며, 연구목적에 따라 발달장애인의 도전적 행동, 발달장애인의 삶의 질 등에 응답한 발달장애인 보호자 800명 중 주요 변수에 결측치 케이스를 제외하고 749명을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 발달장애인의 도전적 행동유형이 사회적 안녕에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도전적 행동유형 중 공격성, 과잉행동은 사회적 안녕에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 발달장애인의 도전적 행동유형이 심리 및 정서적 안녕에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도전적 행동유형 중 공격성, 과잉행동은 심리 및 정서적 안녕에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 토대로 발달장애인의 삶의 질(사회적 안녕, 심리 및 정서적 안녕) 향상을 위하여 도전적 행동유형 개입의 방향성 제시 및 실천적 함의점을 도출하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of the challenging behavior types of the developmentally disabled on the quality of life of the people with developmental disabilities, and analyzed the quality of life by dividing it into social well-being and psychological and emotional well-being. The subjects of this study are guardians of persons with developmental disabilities over the age of 18 who live in Gyeonggi-do, and cases of missing values ​​in major variables among 800 guardians of developmentally disabled who responded to challenging behaviors and quality of life of persons with developmental disabilities according to the purpose of the study. 749 people were analyzed except for. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the challenging behavior patterns of the developmentally disabled affect social well-being.
