국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 존재와 성장을 삶과 배움의 관점으로 바라보고, 교사교육의 새로운 방향성을 제안하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에, 전통적 주체와 사유의 문제, 분열되고 횡단하는 주체와 존재론적 인식론의 사유, 유목적 주체와 신물질론 및 포스트휴머니즘 사유에 대하여 고찰하고, 니체, 라이프니츠, 베르그손, 들뢰즈의 관점을 탐구하였다. 이를 통하여 유아교사의 존재와 성장을 실존의 긍정-도야로서의 삶과 배움, 주름 생성 운동으로서의 삶과 배움, 오래된 미래의 기억과 지속하는 삶과 배움, 기호와의 마주침을 통한 예술적 생성으로서의 삶과 배움의 관점으로 바라보았다. 이러한 관점은 유아교사의 직업적 삶과 개인적 삶이 얽혀 운동하는 총체적인 삶이 적용되는 교사교육, 전통적인 교사발달 및 교사교육 관점의 침투적 변곡적 변형을 통한 교사 실존의 고려, 코뮨을 도모하는 교사공동체로의 교사교육의 방향성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine early childhood teachers’ being and development from the perspectives of life and learning and to suggest a new direction for teacher education. To do so, the problems of the traditional subject and thought, thoughts on divided and traversing subjects and ontological epistemology, and on the nomadic subject, neo-materialism, and posthumanism were reviewed, and the perspectives of Nietzsche, Leibniz, Bergson, and Deleuze were explored. Through this, early childhood teachers’ being and development were viewed from the perspectives of life and learning as positiveness-cultivation, life and learning as the fold (Le Pli) generating movement, the memories of ancient futures and continuing life and learning, and life and learning as artistic creation through encounters with signs. These perspectives suggest ideas for teacher education applied through a holistic life, that the professional and personal lives of early childhood teachers are intertwined and working, considerations of teacher existence through the penetrating inflectional transformation of traditional teacher development and perspectives of teacher education, and a direction for teacher education as a community of teachers promoting communes.
