국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 팀 기반 학습에 참여한 학생의 교육 이해도와 교육 성과와의 관계에서 과업갈등의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 수행되었으며, 교육성과는 팀 성과와 개인 성과로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 서울, 경기, 인천지역의 4년제 대학에서 팀 기반 학습 경험이 있는 학생 241명의 자료를 기반으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육 이해도와 팀 성과와의 관계에서 과업갈등은 부분매개 하였으며, 과업갈등이 증가하면 교육성과는 높아졌다. 또한, 교육 이해도와 개인 성과와의 관계에서 과업갈등 또한 부분매개 하였으며, 과업갈등이 증가하면 개인 성과는 낮아졌다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 팀 기반 학습 환경에서 과업갈등이 발생하였을 때 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 요인을 낮추고 팀 성과와 개인 성과를 동시에 높일 수 있도록 효과적인 팀 기반 학습을 수행하기 위한 교수설계 방향의 중요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of task conflicts on the relationship between educational understanding and educational performance of students who participated in university team-based learning; the educational performance was analyzed by dividing it into team performance and individual performancegroups. For this study, data wasanalyzed based on the data of 241 students who had team-based learning experiences at four-year universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. As a result of the study, task conflict was partially mediated in the relationship between educational understanding and team performance, and as task conflicts increased, educational performancealso increased. In addition, task conflict was also partially mediated in the relationship between educational understanding and individual performance, and, as task conflict increased, individual performance decreased. Based on the results of this study, the importance of the instructional design direction for effective team-based learning to reduce factors that negatively affect performance when a task conflict occurs in a team-based learning environment is paramount.Also, it can simultaneously increase team and individual performance.
