국문 초록

본 연구는 중소기업의 ERP시스템의 도입성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 실증적인 검증을 한 것이다. 사용된 변수는 기업의 조직, 정보시스템, 기술환경 등을 고려하고 기업규모, 경영자의 지원, 경쟁, 공급자의 능력, 정보시스템성숙도, 관리혁신, 기술호환성의 변수를 사용하였다. ERP시스템의 성과측정은 사용자의 만족도, 시스템의 이용도, 조직성과의 세 가지 방법이 사용되었다. 연구결과는 위의 변수 중 경영자 지원, 경쟁, 관리혁신, 공급자능력, 기술호환성, 정보시스템성숙도의 6가지 변수가 유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업규모변수는 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In recent years, an interesting amount has been paid to ERP, a strategic weapon of a firm, ERP systems comprises of a commercial software package that promises the seamless intergration of all the information flowing through the company-financial accounting, human resources, supply chain and customer information. ERP systems provide information management and analysis to organizations. This article is to identify the critical success factors influencing the implementation of the Small and Medium Firms ERP system. Survey questionnaires were distributed 100 small ad medium firms that have implemented ERP systems by the support of KIMI(Korea Information Management Institute for Small and Medium Enterprises). The result of this research is CEO s participation, vendor service, competition, IS capacity, management innovation, technology compatibility are indentified as critical success factor.
