안전 취약계층에 대한 지방자치단체 교통안전 지원정책의 주민 만족도 결과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 충청남도와 각 시군이 안전취약계층인 영유아의 이동중 안전확보를 위한 목적으로 실시한 교통안전용품 지원사업 대상 가구에 대한 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하여 향후 유사사업의 합목적적 운영과 효율적 관리를 위한 정책적 개선방안을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 2020년부터 시행중인 영유아 교통 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 2021년 신청자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 응답자 1,282명의 결과를 분석하였다. 교통안전용품 지원사업을 통해 지원하는 카시트와 안전세트 중 선택한 물품은 88.8%가 카시트 였으며, 지원물품에 대한 만족도는 68%로 높게 나타났다. 안전세트 구성물품에 있어서는 지자체 제공인 만큼 성능과 안전성에 대한 각별한 고려가 요구된다. 사업홍보 방식은 다변화 하고 실질적 정보전달이 이루어질 수 있도록 전환하여야 한다. 사업이 물품제공으로 그치지 않고, 생애주기를 고려한 안전교육의 시작점이 될 수 있도록 종합적 영유아 안전사고 예방을 위한 정보제공창구로 활용하는 계기를 마련하는 것이 필요한데, 이를 위해서는 ‘가정내 영유아 안전사고 예방 가이드라인’을 물품과 함께 제공하는 등 종합적·입체적 사업으로 확대가 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the results of a satisfaction survey on households beneficiary of the traffic safety product support project conducted by Chungcheongnam-do and each city and county for the purpose of ensuring safety while traveling for infants and young children, who are from the safety-vulnerable class, to improve policy for the purposeful operation and efficient management of similar projects in the future. The purpose is to propose a plan. In order to find out the satisfaction with transportation for infants and toddlers, which has been in effect since 2020, an online survey was conducted for applicants in 2021, and the results of 1,282 respondents were analyzed. Among the car seats and safety sets supported through the traffic safety product support project, 88.8% of the selected items were car seats, and the satisfaction with the support items was high at 68%. The safety set should consist of products with reliable performance and safety. In order to provide information, the business promotion method must be changed. It should be the beginning of safety education according to the life cycle. If you send the Guidelines for the Prevention of Safety Accidents for Infants and Children at Home together with the items, it will be a comprehensive and three-dimensional project.
