국문 초록

이 연구는 장애자녀 부모의 자녀돌봄 스트레스와 돌봄 과정에서 경험하는 쉼의 의미를 이해하고, 이에 대한 교육적 과제를 도출하고자 했다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 양적 연구 이후 질적 연구를 수행하는 설명적 순차 혼합설계를 사용하였다. 먼저 140명의 장애자녀 부모의 설문을 조사한 결과, 돌봄 스트레스는 3.74로 다소 높은 수준이었으며, 83.1%의 부모가 자신에게 쉼이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 쉼을 지원하는 프로그램 요구분석에서 장애자녀 동반-분리의 측면이 혼재된 모순이 발견되어, 눈덩이 표집을 통해 6명의 연구 참여자를 선정하여 심층 면담하였다. Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법으로 분석하여 22개의 의미, 9개의 주제, 3개의 범주를 도출하였다. 도출된 범주는 ‘해녀의 숨’이 가지고 있는 모순성과 가족에 대한 책임감과 희생에 주목하여, 장애자녀 부모 쉼의 현상은 ‘가슴으로 쉬는 숨’, 쉼의 맥락은 ‘테왁을 의지하여’, 쉼의 본질적 의미는 ‘숨비소리’로 비유하였다. 결론적으로 장애자녀 부모의 쉼은 자기희생을 수반하고 있으며, 앙리 르페브르의 ‘일상성’이 가지고 있는 특징과 유사하였다. 따라서 장애자녀 부모교육에서는 이들이 고단한 일상에서 쉼을 통하여 자기에게 주어진 문제 상황을 수용하고, 삶을 조망하고 있음을 인식하도록 도와야 한다. 부모 스스로 자신의 쉼이 위대한 일상을 유지하게 하는 것임을 성찰하도록 하는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the childcare stress of disabled children and the meaning of rest as experienced in the process of caring, and to derive educational tasks for this. To achieve the purpose of the study, an explanatory sequential mixed design was used, in which a quantitative study followed by a qualitative study was performed. First, as a result of a survey of 140 people to investigate the child care stress and the needs and types of rest, the care stress of parents of disabled children was 3.74, which was rather high, and 83.1% of the parents answered that they needed rest. In the analysis of the needs of the program to support rest, a contradiction in the aspect of companion-separation of children with disabilities was found, and six research participants were selected through snowball sampling and interviewed in depth. Three categories, nine themes, and 22 meanings were derived by analyzing Colaizzi s phenomenological method. The derived category pays attention to the contradictions of haenyeo s breath and the responsibility and sacrifice for the family. The essential meaning was compared to Sumbi sound . In conclusion, the rest of the parents of disabled children entails self-sacrifice, and it is similar to the characteristics of Henri Lefebvre s everyday life . Therefore, it is necessary to help the parents of children with disabilities to recognize that they are looking at life and accepting the problematic situation given to them by taking a break from their arduous daily life. In the end, that rest is what allows you to maintain a great daily life.
