국문 초록

글로벌 비즈니스 환경 아래서 각 국가의 자동차 부품제조 산업은 생산물량 측면에서 치열한 경쟁양상을 보이며 기업들은 핵심 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 품질관리와 환경 문제 등을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 자동차 부품제조 업체의 1차, 2차 벤더의 협업증대요인과 공급망 도입만족 및 기업성과 간의 유기적인 영향 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구표본 수집은 한국무역협회 회원사 리스트 및 한국자동차산업협회 등을 참고하여 모기업에 부품을 공급하는 협력업체를 중심으로 하였으며 직접방문, 설문조사, 전문가 심층 인터뷰, e-mail 등의 방식으로 수집하였다. 설문대상은 당사가 거래하고 있는 협진회 및 협의회 등 150여 개에 해당하는 업체들의 부장급 이상으로 하였으며 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급체인관리 협업증대요인은 공급망 도입만족에 유의한 영향을 보였고, 공급망 도입만족 또한 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 협력 및 정보공유 요인은 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 매개변수로 활용된 공급망 도입만족 요인은 Sobel test 결과 유의성이 있다고 검정되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 독립변수들의 중요성이 확인되었으며 갈등 해결, 공급망 위험관리, 협업적 네트워크관리 등이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

In the global business environment, each country s automobile part manufacturing industry are intensely competitive in terms of production volume. At this point, companies must consider quality control and environmental issues to secure core competitiveness. In this aspect, the purpose of this study is to examine the organic influence relationship between the factors of increasing cooperation between primary and secondary vendors of domestic automobile parts manufacturers, supply chain introduction satisfaction, and corporate performance. The research sample collection was centered on subcontractors that supply parts to the parent company by referring to the list of member companies of the Korea International Trade Association and the Korea Automobile Manufacturers Association. The subjects of the survey were those at the manager level or higher of about 150 companies, such as cooperatives and councils, with which we deal, and the empirical analysis results are as follows. First, supply chain management cooperation increases factors had a significant effect on supply chain introduction satisfaction, and supply chain introduction satisfaction also had a significant effect on corporate performance. Furthermore, cooperation and information sharing factors showed a significant effect on corporate performance. Second, the supply chain introduction satisfaction factor used as a parameter was tested to have significance as a result of the Sobel test. Through these results, the importance of independent variables was confirmed, and conflict resolution, supply chain risk management, and cooperative network management were necessry.
