교회교육 진흥의 방향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본고는 진보 교단으로 평가받는 한국기독교장로회 교회교육의 과거와 현재를 분석하고, 미래세대에게 계승해야할 장점과 극복해야할 단점을 논술한 후 진흥방향을 제시할 것이다. 1장에서, 인성교육과 생명교육, 공존교육이 요청되는 이 시대에 기장 교육이 예언자적 사명을 가지고 선구자적으로 대응하여, 교육정책에 반영해왔음을 확인한다. 그리고 교단 자체 평가를 분석한후 새롭게 보완해야할 점을 제시한다. 2장에서, 교육정책을 3기로 나눠 살펴본다. 우선 4대 문서속에 내포된 하나님의 선교신학을 바탕으로 내향적 교회주의와 이원론적 내세주의를 극복하는 1기를 들여다본다. 다음으로 5문서를 바탕으로 정의, 평화, 창조세계를 보전하는 2기를 고찰한다. 마지막으로 희년신학을 바탕으로 은총 생명 섬김을 실현하는 3기를 관찰한다. 3장에서, 교육목적을 3기로 나눠 분석한다. 먼저 하나님 나라의 계약공동체에 봉사하며, 세상을 섬기는 전위대 역할을 다하도록 육성하는 1기를 분해한다. 다음으로 정의, 평화, 창조세계를 보전하는 능력을 키워주는 2기를 해석한다. 마지막으로 은총·생명·섬김의 신앙으로 사귐가운데 계신 삼위 하나님을 만나고, 역사 안에서 일하시는 하나님과 동역하는 3기를 평가한다. 4장에서, 교재를 3차로 나눠 바라본다. 우선 ‘하나님－세계－교회’를 주제로 인간성 회복과 전인교육과 공동체 의식을 개발하는데 주안점을 둔 1차 교재를 들여다본다. 다음으로 ‘하나님의 약속과 우리의 희망’이라는 주제로 총체적 화해 역사와 통전적 해방사역을 강조한 2차 교재를 관찰한다. 마지막으로 ‘예수님 따라’를 주제로 은총 섬김 생명을 담아내는데 역점을 둔 3차 교재를 고찰한다. 5장에서, 기장 교회교육이 계승해야할 강점은 무엇을 꼽을 수 있는지 연구한다. 그것은 에큐메니칼 교육, 역사의식을 함양하는 교육, 생명문화를 창조하는 교육, 토착화 신앙교육, 세상을 섬기는 사랑의 실천 교육 등 다섯 가지 등으로 나타났다. 6장에서, 기장 교회교육의 진흥 방향을 도출하였다. 그것은 말씀과 성령의 능력 안에서 영성교육을 강화하고, 교회를 섬기는 신앙의 기초를 다지며, 교육목회를 더욱 활성화하고, 교육기관들이 협력하여 교육전문성을 드높이는 커리큘럼을 구성하는 것 등으로 드러났다. 요컨대, 기장 교육정책은 교단 신학과 정책에 근거하여 시대적, 문화적, 정치사회적 상황을 포괄하고, 교육현장을 충분히 인식하는 차원에서 수립된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 기장이 사회구원과 개인구원, 모이는 교회와 파송되는 교회를 얼마나 균형있게 통합하느냐에 따라 생명과 평화에 좀더 기여하는 하나님나라 백성 공동체가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This article is about progressive denomination which evaluates the present condition of Presbyterian Church in the Republic of Korea. It also annalize and promote how the church should overcome their weakness and how they should act in order to inherit the good characteristics to the next generation. In chapter 1, it covers the problems in the education in humanity and education in life, and how these two coexist educations can respond as the pioneer to education policy to help to supplement the problems. In chapter 2, education policy is organized into three parts. First part, which is based on the four kinds of God’s mission theology, talks about how to over come the introverted churchism and the dualism of life after death. Second part is based on the fifth’s church paper that embodies justice, peace and integrity of creation. The third part of based on the jubilee theology so that grace, life, and, serving can be actualized. In chapter 3, aiming at education is divided into three parts. First part is about serving covenant community in God’s world, and work as the leader to upbring the people to serve the world. Second is about growing ability to preserve justice, peace, and created world. Third part is about, meeting trinity God, through having relationship with grace, life, and faith, and to work together with God who makes the history. In chapter 4, the three books were studied. The first book had main them of “God, World, and church” in order to develop and recover human nature and communal consciences. The second book had main theme of “The promise of God and our hope” in order to emphasize the general reconciliation’s history and integral liberating ministry. The third book had the theme of “Following Jesus” in order to talk about grace, serving, and life. In chapter 5, five positive strong things that church education should inherit to the next generation was ecumenical education, the education based on cultivation of history’s consciousness, education that creates culture of life, theology education aborigines, and education that serves word by practicing love. In chapter 6, presented that general assembly, church education, and institution or education should work together to make the curriculum that can develop professionalism of education by strengthen spiritual education through working in word of God and in spirit, setting the foundation for serving the faith, and by revitalizing pastoral education. PROK’s education policy is the base of denomination of theology and has been established so that educational field can be sufficiently recognized and includes, era, culture, politic, and worldly condition. PROK balances with social salvation and individual salvation and can contribute more to the life and peace more than the past through amalgamating churches that are developing and dispatched.
