국문 초록

이 논문의 주제는 목회적 교육의 관점에서 본 한국의 기독교교육에 대한 평가이다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국의 기독교교육이 한국교회에 대한 바른 교육적 평가를 통해 건강한 한국교회의 성장을 도울 수 있게 하자는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구의 절차로 먼저 기독교교육 실천의 4차원인, 1) 교육의 표준-성서, 2) 교육의 시설-교회, 3)교육의 효과-그리스도인의 인격변화, 4) 교육의 목적-하나님의 나라의 삶을 선정하고, 이것들을 다음과 같은 이 연구의 가설로 설정한다. 일반적 가설: 기독교교육의 기본목적은 하나님의 나라의 삶이며, 이를 위한 기독교교육의 당면 목표는 예수 그리스도께서 바라는 인격의 변화를 돌보기 위한 한 신앙적 결단이다. 가설의 연역된 결과: 1. 예수 그리스도께서 바라는 인격의 변화는 기독교의 성서에 계시되어 있다. 2. 예수 그리스도께서 바라는 인격의 변화는 교회 안에서 돌봐지는 신앙적 결단이다. 3. 예수 그리스도께서 바라는 인격의 변화는 개인과 그의 관련된 공동체를 변화시킨다. 4. 예수 그리스도께서 바라는 인격의 변화는 삶의 화해와 평화와 일치를 성장시킨다. 이상의 연구 가설들을 긍정하기 위해서 성서와 관계 문헌들을 연구한다. 그리고 가설 검증의 신뢰도와 타당도는 연구자의 다년간에 걸친 목회적 교육 경험과 연구실적이 뒷받침한 주관적 평가로 대신다.

영문 초록

The problem of this study consisted of four elements：(1) Christian educational standard­Bile; (2) Christian educational institution­church; (3) Christian educational effectiveness­personality change; (4) Christian educational purpose­the eternal salvation of God. This four elements set up the following four hypotheses：(1) Christian personality change is revealed in the Bible; (2) Christian personality change is an faithful commitment in the care of the Church; (3) Christian personality change reflects on his or her related community life changes; (4) Christian personality change grows an reconciliation, peace, and unity in the community life. The scop of this study is delimited to the Presbyterian Church of Korea, and the period of the Republic of Korea since 1945. The four hypotheses were tested subjectively, and failed to be well supported. The first, Christian education in Korea has not been well fulfilled the Christian personality change in accordance with what Jesus Christ wanted in the Bible. The second, Christian education in Korea has not been well confirmed to be a faithful commitment to Christ in the care of the church. Because there is no such pastoral education in which church minister should take a double role of pastor and teacher. The third, Christian education in Korea has not been well effective on his or her related community life changes. The Korean church has been failed to reflect her healing power on the secular social culture. The fourth, Christian education in Korea has not been well done to realize the eternal salvation of God on the Korean peninsula and to grow a reconciliation, peace, and unity among the Korean people.
