국문 초록

본 연구는 중국의 초·중등학교 인공지능 정책분석 및 시사점 도출을 목적으로 Cooper의 4차원 정책 분석모형을 채택하여 규범적, 구조적, 구성적, 기술적 차원으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 초·중등학교의 인공지능 교육정책을 점진적으로 시행하고 있는 중국은 교육과정 개편, 지방정부와의 연계 시행방안 및 관련 프로그램 마련, 다방면/다각도의 긴밀한 협력관계 구축을 통해 인공지능 인재 양성을 위한 인공지능 교육 백년지대계를 세우고 있었다. 그러나 파편적인 교육과정 및 교재 내용, 교육 불균형, 미흡한 교사역량, 개인정보 누출 및 사생활 침해 등의 문제점도 찾아볼 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 초·중등학교 인공지능 교육정책에 주는 시사점은 장기적인 정책 수립 및 다방면의 협력관계 구축, 종합적인 교육과정 마련 등의 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze artificial intelligence (AI) education policies of elementary and secondary schools in China and find implications for Korea. This study adopted the four dimensions of policy theory by Cooper for the analysis and the results are as follows. China is emphasizing the implementation of AI education in elementary and secondary schools by setting long-term policies. Also, with the impact of AI education policies, the revision of the curriculum for AI education in secondary schools, publishing AI textbooks, close cooperation with various stakeholders were found as features. Despite the performance of AI education in primary and secondary schools in China, there existed challenges such as the absence of a comprehensive AI education curriculum and textbooks, lack of AI competency of teachers, leakage of personal information, and invasion of privacy. Based on the results, the implications for Korea are as follows: establishing long-term policies, cooperative relationships with various organizations, and preparing comprehensive curricula.
