국문 초록

이 글은 국립중앙박물관과 수원광교박물관에 각각 소장된 「金剛山風景計劃案」과 「金剛山探勝施設計劃案」의 작 성 경위와 해당 문서를 중심으로 조선총독부의 1930년대 후반 금강산 관광 정책과 공간에 대해 탐구한다. 기존 연 구에서 두 기관에 소장된 「金剛山風景計劃案」은 대체로 1930년에 작성되었다고 여겨졌다. 연구 결과, 두 기관의 「金 剛山風景計劃案」은 1938년 금강산탐승시설조사위원회가 조선총독부 산림부의 금강산국립공원 계획안인 「金剛山風景 計画案」(1931)을 저본으로 작성한 것이다. 1931년 금강산국립공원계획은 1937년 조선총독부 학무국 사회교육과의 금강산탐승시설조사위원회가 설치되면서, ‘금강산탐승시설계획’이란 이름으로 변경되었다. 국립중앙박물관 소장 「金 剛山風景計劃案」과 「金剛山探勝施設計劃案」를 중심으로 금강산 관광공간을 살펴본 결과, 1931년 금강산국립공원 계 획 중 도로와 탐승로 설치 계획이 많은 부분 구축되었음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This article explores the background of the creation of Plan for the Landscape of Mt. Geumgang and Plan on Mt. Geumgang Sightseeing Facilities in National Museum of Korea and SuwonGwangGyo Museum, respectively, and Government-General of Korea(GGK)’s tourism policy and space on Mt. Geumgang in the late 1930s. In previous studies, the Plan for the Landscape of Mt. Geumgang in two institutions was estimated to have been written in 1930. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the two institutions’ Plan for the Landscape of Mt. Geumgang was written in 1938 by the Committee on Mt. Geumgang Sightseeing Facilities as the original copy of Plan for the Landscape of Mt. Geumgang(1931), a plan for Geumgangsan National Park by the Forestry Department of GGK. The plan for Geumgangsan National Park in 1931 was renamed the plan for Mt. Geumgang Sightseeing Facilities when the Committee on Mt. Geumgang Sightseeing Facilities was established in the Social Education Division of the Bureau of Education of GGK in 1937. As a result of examining the changes in the tourism space of Mt. Geumgang, focusing on the documents of National Museum of Korea, many of the plans for installing roads and trails were established among the plans for Geumgangsan National Park.
