국문 초록

중국 장백산 신성한 사물의 변천을 통시적으로 고찰하기 위하여 역사적 사료에 입각하여 시대별 민족들의신앙문화와 장백산 공간의 관계에서 발생하는 성현(聖顯)을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 성현으로 드러난 신성한 사물을 고찰하였고, 도출된 결과를 가지고 장백산 신성성의 변천을 해석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 청나라 이전 시대는 장백산 자연신과 동물신이 신성한 사물로 나타났고, 금나라 시대는 장백산신묘가 신성한 사물로나타나고, 청나라 시대는 산 자체가 신성한 대상으로 나타나고 망제전(望祭殿)이 신성한 사물로 나타났다. 근대는팔괘묘(八卦廟)와 산신노파두(山神老把頭)에게 신격을 부여하고 신성시 하였다. 현재는 관광지로 변모하면 새로지정한 신성한 사물들이 관광자원으로만 작용하였다. 장 백 산 의 신 성 한 영 역 은 청 나 라 이 전 시 기 민 족 들 이 생 존 을 위해 활동하는 영역에서 황제정권으로 넘어오면서 확장되었고 근대로 넘어 오면서 이주민들의 생활반경으로 위축되었다. 현재는 관광지로 변모하면서 신성한 영역이 사라졌다.

영문 초록

In order to diachronically examine the transformation of the sacred things of Changbai Mountain China, based on historical sources, the study focused on the hierophany that occurred in the relationship between the religious culture of the peoples of the space of Changbai Mountain. The research results are summarized as follows. In the pre-Qing Dynasty era, the natural gods and animal gods of Changbai Mountain appeared as sacred objects, during the Jin Dynasty, the Changbai Mountain Shrine appeared as sacred objects, and during the Qing Dynasty, the mountain itself appeared as a sacred object and the Wangji Temple appeared as sacred objects. In modern times, the Bagua Temple and the Shanshenlaobatou were given divine status and regarded as sacred. Currently, when it is transformed into a tourist destination, the newly designated sacred objects only serve as tourist resources. The sacred area of Changbai Mountain expanded from an area where ethnic groups worked for survival during the pre-Qing Dynasty when it came under the imperial regime, and shrank into a living area for immigrants during the modern era. Now, as it has been transformed into a tourist destination, the sacred area has disappeared.
