성대결절 환자의 치료방법에 대한 문헌 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 양성후두질환 중 성대결절 환자의 치료방법과 관련하여 임상적으로 접근되어지는 방법들이 여러 가지가 있는데, 국내·외 문헌을 통해 어떠한 치료 방법들이 있는지와 현재 이루어지고 있는 치료 방법에 대한 동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 첫째, 성대결절 환자의 치료 방법에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지와 그와 더불어 최근 치료 경향과 방법에 대해 조사하였다. 둘째, 음성치료 효과에 대한 분석방법에는 어떠한 파라미터가 사용되는지와 가장 많이 사용되는 파라미터를 문헌을 통해 보다 자세히 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국외의 논문 검색에서는 미국 국립의학도서관의 검색엔진인 http://www.pubmed.com과 국내의 논문의 경우 한국교원학술정보원(KERIS)에서 제공하는 학술정보서비스 검색엔진인 http://www.riss4u.net를 통하여 성대결절 환자의 치료방법에 대한 문헌들을 검색하여 조사된 논문 중 국외논문 14편, 국내논문 13편을 각각 선별하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과로는 첫째, 본 연구를 통하여 성대결절 환자에 접근되어지는 방법 중에서 가장 많이 사용되는 방법으로는 음성치료 접근법으로 나타났으며, 여러 가지 음성치료 방법들 중 증후적인 음성치료, 총체적인 음성치료, 기타 방법이 있었으며, 이 중 증후적인 음성치료가 가장 많이 사용되고 있었다. 둘째, 음성치료 효과에 대한 분석방법에 사용되는 변수들에는 음향학적인 파라미터가 가장 많이 사용되었으며, 그 중 주파수변화율(jitter)과 진폭변화율(shimmer)이 통계적으로 가장 유의미한 파라미터로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study were to investigate whether some treatment methods through inside and outside of the country literature review about management of vocal nodules. We reviewed previous vocal nodule literature and selected 27 papers that could be examined at various aspects of treatment method. The results were as follows: Firstly, it showed that was approached to vocal nodule patient through this research was surveyed by phonosurgery, medication treatment, voice therapy and other treatment method. It was voice treatment approach by used most method. Secondly, there were among various kinds voice treatment methods that is symptoms voice treatment, holistic voice treatment and other method. It was symptoms voice treatment approach by used most. Thirdly, it was acoustic parameters that was used to analysis method about voice treatment effect used most. jitter and shimmer was surveyed by parameter there were statistically significant. We also provided explanations and rationale for the treatment method for each of the vocal nodule patients. This attempt might aid to offer a basic ground for developing treatment method of vocal nodule patients. We should be able to aid vocal nodule patients to improve voice problem their quality of life in a more effective way.
