국문 초록

본 연구는 지체장애인의 음주변화가 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떻게 변화하고 유형화되는지를 확인하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 개인, 장애 및 건강 특성을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 1차 조사부터 4차 조사 자료를 활용하여 지체장애인 1775명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 지체장애인의 음주변화를 확인하기 위해서는 잠재계층성장분석을 실시하였으며, 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하기 위해서는 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 지체장애인의 음주변화는 중도음주시작집단, 음주감소집단, 음주집단, 비음주집단으로 구분 되었으며,성별, 취업, 장애정도, 장애관련 치료, 건강상태, 흡연, 우울, 스트레스가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 지체장애인의 건강관리 및 음주폐해를 예방하고 해결하기 위한 정책적ㆍ실천적 대응방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify how the drinking behavior of people with physical disabilities changes and categorizes over time, and to identify individuals, disabilities, and health characteristics that influence them. To this end, 1,775 people with physical disabilities were analyzed using the data from Wave 1 to 4 of the 2nd Wave of the Employment of the Disabled. Latent class growth analysis (LCGA) was performed to confirm the drinking change of persons with physical disabilities, and multinomial logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the factors affecting each type. As a result of the analysis, the change in alcohol consumption of people with physical disabilities was classified into moderate drinking start group, alcohol reduction group, drinking group, and non-drinking group. And gender, employment, degree of disability, disability-related treatment, health status, smoking, depression, and stress were found to be statistically significant. Based on these results, policy-practical countermeasures were suggested to prevent and solve the health management and alcohol damage of the physically disabled.
