국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 마약류 사용과 관련한 위험요인들을 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국마약퇴치운동본부에서 공개한 65개의 회복사례에서 구체적인 마약류 사용 경험이 드러난 사례 25개를 선별하여 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 질적 사례연구(qualitative case study)방법을 활용하여 분석했다. 분석은 사회환경적 위험요인과 개인적 위험요인으로 구분하여 분석했다. 분석결과, 마약류 사용 관련 사회환경적 위험요인으로는 친구 및 지인, 일터(직장), 유흥업소, 교정시설을 발견했으며, 개인적 위험요인으로는 호기심, 성적 쾌감 추구, 현실 도피처라는 생각, 위험성에 대한 무지를 발견했다. 연구자들은 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 마약류 위험성에 대한 교육 및 캠페인 확대, 마약류 사용자의 미해결 과제 상담 지원, 마약류 사용자의 마약 관련 주변 환경 개선 지원 같은 대안들을 제시했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the risk factors associated with drugs use. To achieve the purpose of the study, 25 cases in which specific drugs use experiences were revealed among the recovery cases disclosed by the Korea Drug Fighting Movement Headquarters were selected and collected. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative case study method. The analysis was divided into external risk factors and internal risk factors. As a result of the analysis the external risk factors founded related to drugs use were friends and acquaintances, workplace (workplace), entertainment establishments, and correctional facilities were found, and internal risk factors were curiosity, pursuit of sexual pleasure, the idea of ​​being a refuge, and ignorance of the danger found. Based on these findings, the researchers suggested alternatives such as expanding education and campaigns on the risk of narcotics, providing counseling for unsolved tasks for drugs users, and supporting drugs users to improve their surrounding environment related to drugs.
