영문 초록

Modern, globalized, fast-changing world sets new goals for the further development of human capital, which in turn, leads to the transformation of the role of modern universities in research hubs, scientific centers for future use of research results in the economy and in their commercialization. In this regard, of particular relevance are taking the integration of science, education and business. This article including analysis of international experience on creation of hi-tech areas and a possibility of creation of similar areas in Kazakhstan on the basis of one of the leading higher education university of the country to - al-Farabi Kazakh National University. This article also describing about programs and projects for developing Science and Innovations at the University. The materials and offers submitted for the Asian inter-parliamentary forum which was taking place in Kazakhstan 2016 are used.
