국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한-중 FTA 체결에 따라 중국의 주요 무역 항 중에서 청도항의 경쟁우위를 파악하고 이러한 경쟁우위가 부산항과 어떠한 연관성을 가지고 있으며 시사점을 주는지를 제시한다. 최근 한국이 중국과의 FTA체결로 인하여 각 국가의 개방성이 높아졌으며 이에 따른 무역 규모도 증가할 것으로 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 FTA체결로 인한 무역증가는 결국 물류증가로 이어질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 한국과의 FTA을 체결한 중국의 물류를 담당하는 물류항구, 즉 청도항이 한국, 특히 부산항에 비하여 어떤 경쟁우위전략을 가질 수 있는지 파악한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 국내 부산항의 미래 물류거점 성장 전략에 반면교사로서 사용될 것이다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청도항은 중국 정부의 정책적 후원, 즉 일대일로의 정책에 따른 물류거점 중심으로서의 성장전략에 우위를 점할 수 있다. 둘째, 다른 물류항에 비하여 크기가 상대적으로 커 큰 컨테이너선이 정박할 수 있는 요지를 가지고 있다. 이러한 것은 최근 선박의 대형화에 따른 이점을 최대한 취할 수 있는 비교우위가 존재한다. 셋째, 부산항에 비하여 노동력 및 물류비가 적기 선적화물의 간접비가 매우 적게 소요되는 이점이 있다. 본 연구는 청도항의 비교우위전략을 제시함으로써 국내 부산항의 성정전략에 많은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, we identify the competitive advantage of Qingdao Port among China ‘s major trade ports according to the Korea - China FTA, and show how these competitive advantages are related to Busan Port and suggest implications. In recent years, the Korea-China free trade agreement (FTA) with China has increased the openness of each country, and the trade volume will be increased accordingly. The increase in trade due to this FTA will eventually lead to an increase in logistics. In this paper, we identify what kind of competitive advantage strategy Qingdao Port has in China, which has an FTA with Korea, compared to Korea, especially Busan Port. The results of this study will be used as a teacher for the growth strategy of Busan port in the future.The results of this study are as follows. First, Qingdao Port can take advantage of the Chinese government’s policy support, ie, growth strategy based on one-to-one policy. Second, container ships with larger size than other logistics ports can be anchored. This is a comparative advantage that can take full advantage of the recent enlargement of ships. Third, there is an advantage that the overhead of shipment cargo with less labor and logistics costs is much less than Busan port. This study suggests a comparative advantage strategy of Qingdao Port, which is expected to give many implications to the strategy of Busan port.
