국문 초록

본 연구에서는 학습 환경과 학습 만족도의 상관관계를 연구하여 한국어 수업 환경의 질을 높이고 학습자의 학습 만족도를 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 대학교 국제교육원 한국어 연수과정의 학습자를 대상으로 학기별 학습 환경과 학습 만족도를 조사하고 결과를 비교하였다. 연구의 순서는 1장과 2장에서 본 연구의 목적과 필요성을 밝히고 선행 연구자의 내용을 살펴보며 이 연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 모색한다. 3장에서는 연구의 방법을 설명하고 2020-2학기 학습 환경과 학습 만족도 조사를 실시하고 조사 결과에 대한 개선 방향 회의를 진행한다. 다음으로 회의를 통해 나온 개선책을 2020-3학기에 적용하고 동일한 조사를 실시하여 2학기와 3학기의 조사 결과를 비교·분석하여 학습 환경과 학습 만족도의 상관관계를 밝히고자 한다. 마지막 4장에서는 본 연구의 내용을 요약·정리하고 본 연구의 의의를 서술한 후 연구의 한계점을 다음의 과제로 남기고 학습 환경과 학습 만족도의 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

In this study, the purpose of this study is to study the correlation between learning environment and learning satisfaction to improve the quality of the Korean language class environment and improve learners learning satisfaction. In this study, students of the Korean language training course at the International Institute of Education at universities were examined for their learning environment and learning satisfaction by semester and the results were compared. The sequence of studies reveals the purpose and necessity of this study in chapters 1 and 2 and looks at the contents of the preceding researcher and seeks the direction in which this study should proceed. Chapter 3 describes the methods of the study, conducts a study environment and learning satisfaction survey for the 2020-2 semesters, and conducts an improvement direction meeting on the findings. Next, the improvement measures from the meeting will be applied to the 2020-3 semester and the same survey will be conducted to compare and analyze the findings of the second and third semesters to reveal the correlation between the learning environment and learning satisfaction. In the last chapter, we summarize and summarize the contents of this study, describe the significance of this study, and suggest that the limitations of the research should be left as the following tasks and that the study of learning environment and learning satisfaction should be actively conducted.
