다문화 시를 통한 문학수업 방안

국문 초록

본고의 목적은 다문화 시대를 맞이하여 한국인과 다른 이주민에 대한 이해와 문화적 차이를 수용하여 성숙한 시민의식을 고양하는 데 목적을 두고, 그 방안으로 다문화 시를 통한 문학수업을 제안하는 것이다. 본 소논문에서는 이주민들을 대상으로 한 하종오의 시가 다문화 시대를 준비하는 시민의식의 고양에 적합하다고 생각되어 그 일부를 텍스트로 삼고, 반응중심 문학수업을 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 다문화 시 교육은 다름에 대한 인정 및 상호존중과 이해라는 다문화 시대의 시민의식을 향상시키는 데 중점을 두어야 할 것이다. 따라서 다문화주의를 반영한 문학작품의 감상 및 창작을 통한 ‘반응중심 문학수업’은 이주민의 삶에 대한 공감대를 형성하고 확장할 뿐만 아니라 다문화 시대의 시민의식을 함양하는 데 적절하게 활용할 수 있다고 본다.

영문 초록

The purpose of our school is to offer literature classes through multicultural poetry in order to promote mature citizenship and understanding of Koreans and other migrants in the coming multicultural era. In this article, Ha Jong-eol s poems for migrants were considered suitable for raising public awareness in preparation for a multicultural era, and some of them were used as texts for reaction-oriented literature classes. Multicultural poetry education should acknowledge the differences and focus on raising public awareness in the multicultural age of mutual respect and understanding. Therefore, the reaction-oriented literature class based on the impressions and creations of multicultural literature can be used to foster citizenship in the multicultural era as well as to create and expand sympathy for the lives of migrants.
