성인의 진로결정자율성과 정서지능이 진로적응성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로결정자율성과 정서지능이 진로적응성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보고, 남녀별로 어떻게 다르게 나타나는 지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 성인 193명(남자 127명, 여자 66)을 대상으로 인터넷 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집한 설문지를 토대로 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 진로결정자율성과 정서지능의 하위변인이 진로적응성에 끼치는 영향력은 정서활용, 내적 조절, 자기정서이해, 확인적 조절, 부과된 요인 순서로 나타났다. 둘째, 남녀별로 진로적응성에 대한 진로결정자율성과 정서지능의 하위변인들의 영향력을 살펴보았을 때, 남자는 정서활용, 내적 조절, 확인된 조절 순서로 나타났고, 여자는 정서활용, 자기정서이해 순서로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 통해 진로결정자율성과 정서변인에 있어 진로적응의 계발에 우선적으로 초점을 맞춰야 하는 하위요소들에 대해 논하였으며, 성별에 따라 차별적인 개입의 필요성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find the relative influence of the career decision-making autonomy and emotional intelligence on the career adaptability of adults, . The participants of this study were 193(male: 127, female: 66) adults sampled an online survey. For analysis, correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were utilized. The results of this study were as follows. First, the influence of the career decision-making autonomy and emotional intelligence by sub-factors on the career adaptability was identified in order of the use of emotion, the intrinsic motivation and the self-emotion appraisal. Second, by the gender, for male, the influence of those was identified in order of the utilization of emotion, the intrinsic motivation and the identified regulation.. For female, the influence of those was identified in order of the use of emotion and the self-emotion appraisal. This results showed that which sub-factors of motivation and emotion should be focused first for career adaptation. And by gender, different interventions should be provided for career adaptation from a motive and emotional point of view.
