초등학생의 학대 및 폭력 경험에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 부산지역 초등학생의 학대 및 폭력 경험에 어떠한 요인이 미치는지확인하는 것을 1차 목적으로 진행했다. 부산지역의 초등학생 학대 및 폭력 경험은부산 안에서도 3권역 별 차이가 존재한다는 것이 확인됐다. 그중 유의미한 차이가 확인됐던 2개 권역(동부산, 서부산)을 대상으로 각 지역의 초등학생 학대 및폭력 경험에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 독립변수로 성별, 살기 좋은 도시 중요도(도시환경), 살기 좋은 도시 중요도(거리안전), 거주지 안전인식을 통해 회귀분석을 실시했다. 분석결과 동부산 초등학생들이 거주지에 대한안전인식이 낮을수록 학대 및 폭력 경험 수준의 증가를 유의미하게 설명하고 있었다. 결과를 바탕으로 추가분석을 위해 동부산과 서부산 사이 이러한 차이가 발생되는 원인을 도시환경적인 측면에서 확인하고자 했다. QGIS를 활용해 동부산과서부산의 초등학생통학구역, 비상벨, 교통 및 방범용 CCTV, 초등학생 인구분포, 부산 공시지가, 부산 총 인구수, 인구 과소비지역 비율의 레이어를 통해 가시적인결과물의 비교를 시도했다. 그 결과 초등학생 인구의 분포가 동부산에 더 많이분포되어 있음에도 불구하고 비상벨의 설치, CCTV 설치 부분이 통학구역에 빈도나 거리에 있어서 취약한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 초등학생 학대 및 폭력 경험의 감소 및 예방전략으로 도시환경의 전략적 개선의 관점에서 관련 정책을 제언했다.

영문 초록

The primary purpose of this study was to determine what factors affect the experiences of abuse and violence of elementary school students in Busan. It was confirmed that there are differences in the experiences of elementary school student abuse and violence in Busan for each of the three areas within Busan. Among them, two regions where significant differences were identified were examined to see which factors affect the experiences of abuse and violence of elementary school students in each region. As independent variables, regression analysis was conducted through gender, the importance of a city to live in (urban environment), the importance of a city to live in (street safety), and safety perception of residence. As a result of the analysis, the lower the recognition of safety in the residential area of elementary school students in East Busan, the higher the level of abuse and violence was significantly explained. Based on the results, for further analysis, we tried to determine the cause of this difference between East Busan and West Busan in terms of urban environment. Using QGIS, we tried to compare visible results through layers of elementary school commuting zones, emergency bells, traffic and crime prevention CCTV, elementary school student population distribution, Busan officially announced land price, Busan total population and Percentage of population and consumption area in East and West Busan. As a result, it was confirmed that although the distribution of the population of elementary school students is more distributed in eastern Busan, the installation of emergency bells and CCTV installations are vulnerable in terms of frequency and distance to school districts. Based on these results, this study suggested related policies from the viewpoint of strategic improvement of urban environment as a strategy to reduce and prevent abuse and violence in elementary school students.
