국문 초록

이 글은 시각 예술 기반 문화다양성 교육과정을 중심으로 교사 수준 교육과정 개발 사례를 분석하였다. 시각 예술 자료를 통해 학생들이 삶의 총체적인 경험 속에서 자연스럽게 문화다양성 역량을 함양할 수 있는 교사 수준 교육과정 개발의 과정을 탐색하고, 그에 따른 교육적 이슈와 특징을 조명하였다. 연구 결과를 간략하게 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 수준의 문화다양성 교육과정 개발을 위해서는 국가 수준 교육과정 문서에 대한 능동적 해석이 필요하였다. 둘째, 문화다양성 역량은 학생들의 실생활을 기반으로 초학문적 융합의 형태로 접근하는 것이 유효하였다. 셋째, 문화다양성 교육과정을 개발하기 위해서는 교사와 학생들의 전이해가 공명할 수 있는 수평적인 의사소통이 필요하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 시각 예술과 해석학적 순환 개념을 중심으로 문화다양성 교육과정 개발 과정을 분석함으로써 문화적 차이에 대한 인식을 넘어, 문화적 성찰과 실천을 촉발할 수 있는 교육과정 전문성과 문해력 신장에 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper analyzed the qualitative case of the teacher-level curriculum development focusing on development of a visual arts-based cultural diversity curriculum. In particular, based on the visual arts, the process of developing a teachers’ curriculum that enables students to naturally cultivate cultural diversity competency in the whole life experience was explored, and the educational issues and characteristics according to them were explored. The specific results and conclusions are as follows: Firstly, teachers need to actively interpret national standards to develop cultural diversity curriculum. Secondly, it is effective to cultivate cultural diversity competency in the form of transdisciplinary convergence based on students real life. Thirdly, in order to develop a curriculum for cultural diversity, equal communication was needed so that the Vorverstndnis of teachers and students could be matched. The results of this paper will improve curriculum expertise and literacy by analyzing the cultural diversity curriculum developing process focusing on the visual arts and hermeneutic circulation.
