청소년들의 여가활동요구를 통한 여가공간 활성화 방안

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 청소년들의 여가활동 실태와 요구조사를 통해 청소년들이 긍정적, 발전적인 건전한 여가활동을 할 수 있는 공간조성 및 이의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 구체적 연구목적으로는 첫째, 청소년의 여가활동 참여 유형 및 여가활동 만족도를 파악한다. 둘째, 청소년의 여가활동의 실태 및 문제점을 파악한다. 셋째, 청소년의 건전한 여가활동을 위한 공간 조성 및 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 대전시 중학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS statistics 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 평균, 카이스퀘어검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 조사대상 청소년들이 주로 참여하는 여가활동은 게임, 인터넷검색, 채팅으로 나타났다. 여가활동 만족도는 평균 3.52로 나타났으며, 청소년 대상 여가시설의 이용정도는 대다수의 청소년들이 청소년대상 여가시설을 이용하지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여가활동에 참여하는데 어려움을 주는 가장 큰 이유는 “참여할 시간이 없어서”,“공부에 방해가 될 것 같아서”로 나타났다. 청소년들의 요구하는 여가 활성화를 위한 조건과 여가시설 활성화 방안에서 공통적으로 제시된 의견으로는 “흥미있는 프로그램개발, 저렴한 이용료, 청소년 여가시설의 홍보, 여가시간 확충”으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to find ways to create and revitalize a space for adolescents to engage in positive and developmental healthy leisure activities through a survey on the current status of leisure activities and demands of adolescents. For specific research purposes, first, the type of leisure activity participation and satisfaction level of leisure activities were identified. Second, the current status and problems of leisure activities of adolescents were identified. Third, it was to explore ways to create and promote space for healthy leisure activities for adolescents. A survey of 300 middle school students in Daejeon was conducted, and SPSS statistics 23.0 was used to analyze the data. The main findings are as follows: Leisure activities, which mainly involve those surveyed, were shown through games, internet searches and chatting. The average level of satisfaction with leisure activities was 3.52, and the majority of adolescents did not use leisure facilities. The biggest reason for the difficulty in participating in leisure activities was because I didn t have time to participate because I thought it would interfere with my studies. Common opinions presented in terms of conditions and measures to revitalize leisure facilities required by adolescents were development of interesting programs, low fees for use, promotion of leisure facilities for youths, and expansion of leisure time.
