외식산업 종사원의 공유리더십이 LMX, TMX와 지식공유에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 공유리더십을 통해 Leader-Member Exchange(LMX), Team Member Exchange(TMX)와 지식공유의 관계를 조사하였다. 서울 시내 대형 쇼핑몰에 위치한 외식업 종사원 280명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 이중 문제가 없는 262부를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 외식업 종사원의 공유리더십은 LMX, TMX와 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이어서, TMX는 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, LMX는 지식공유에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 공유리더십과 지식공유와의 관계에서 TMX는 부분 매개하였으며, 공유리더십과 지식공유 사이에서 LMX는 매개역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로, 외식산업 종사원의 공유리더십을 통한 LMX, TMX 그리고 지식공유 향상은 고객에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하고 종사원 간의 지식공유를 통해 경쟁력과 신속한 대응이 가능해질 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examined the impact of shared leadership on knowledge sharing through Leader Member Exchange(LMX) and Team Member Exchange(TMX). Two hundred eighty employees working for restaurants located in a large shopping mall in Seoul participated in the survey and 262 questionnaires were analyzed through a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the shared leadership of restaurant employees had a positive effect on LMX, TMX and Knowledge Sharing. Subsequently, TMX had a positive effect on knowledge sharing, but LMX did not show any significant effect on knowledge sharing. In the relationship between shared leadership and knowledge sharing, TMX partially mediated, on the other hand, LMX did not play a mediating role between shared leadership and knowledge sharing. As a result, the improvement of LMX, TMX, and knowledge sharing through shared leadership among employees in the food service industry will provide quality services to customers and increase competitiveness and rapid response through knowledge sharing among employees.
