국문 초록

본 연구는 환경회계 기법인 수명주기 원가시스템이 녹색 공급망 관리 기법들을 통해 환경성과 개선에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 규명하였다. 그리고 제조 기업의 수명주기 원가시스템 도입에 영향을 미치는 기업 내부 요인들이 무엇인지도 확인하였다. 본 연구의 실증 자료 수집은 우편조사 방식을 채택하였으며, 설문지를 제조기업의 생산담당부서장이나 공장장에게 발송하였다. 최종적으로, 총 92부의 설문지가 회수, 사용되었다. 가설검증을 위한 통계 자료 분석은 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 수명주기 원가시스템 도입에 대한 영향요인 검증에서는 기업의 적극적 환경전략 채택이 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 실증 분석결과, 수명주기 원가시스템의 녹색 협력에 대한 영향 분석에서도 유의한 양의 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 녹색 협력의 녹색 공급망관리 기법들 도입에 대한 유의한 양의 영향도, 실증분석 결과, 입증되었다. 마지막으로, 녹색 공급망 관리 기법들은 환경오염 감소와 환경보호라는 환경성과 개선에 기여하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구 결과는 적극적 환경전략이 수명주기 원가시스템 도입을 유발하고 수명주기 원가시스템은 녹색 협력을 제고시키며, 강화된 녹색 협력이 녹색 공급망 관리 기법들 도입을 촉진하여 환경성과 개선으로 연결된다는 것을 보여준 것이다.

영문 초록

This study exploratory investigated the effects of life-cycle cost management systems(LCMS) on the improvement of environmental performance through green supply-chain management techniques(GSMTs). We also empirically examined the internal influence factors on the adoption of LCMS. To collect empirical data, post survey method was employed. The questionnaires were answered by production department director or factory chief. Finally, 92 valid data were collected. To demonstrate the research hypotheses, multiple regression analysis was adopted. The results of this study showed that only a proactive environmental strategy has a positive impact on the adoption of LCMS. It was also found that LCMS positively affects the degrees of green cooperation with suppliers. According to the results, it was showed that green cooperation has positive effects on the employment of GSMTs, which facilitate the active participation of suppliers for the protection of natural environments. Finally, it was empirically observed that GSMTs positively influence the improvement of environmental performance that includes the decrease of environmental pollutions and risks. The results of this study suggest that the positive relationships exist among proactive environmental strategy, LCMS, green cooperation, GSMTs, and green performance. Thus, it is concluded that LCMS contributes to the increase of environmental performance through the adoption of GSMTs.
