국문 초록

금관가야는 김해지역을 중심으로 한 정치체로서 목곽묘, 석곽묘 등 고분축조가 중심이 되는 사회이다. 개별 고분축조집단이 모여 금관가야 고분사회를 이룬다고 할 수 있다. 고분 사회를 구성하는 집단은 중심집단과 주변집단으로 대별할 수 있다. 그중 중심지는 봉황동유적에 해당한다. 봉황동유적은 봉황토성과 봉황대 그리고 주변 일대를 포함하는데, 대성동고분군 축조집단의 거주역으로 비정된다. 봉황동유적은 생활주거지, 고상건물군, 수혈, 패총, 가마, 공방, 선착장, 대형건물지, 특수건물, 제의시설 등 복합시설이 철저한 공간배치를 통해 조성되어 있어 단순히 대성동집단의 주거역이라기 보다는 복합유적으로서 금관가야의 왕성으로 설정할 수 있다. 대성동집단은 철저히 의도적인 배치를 통해왕성의 경관을 조성하였던 것으로 판단된다. 금관가야 사회를 구성하는 주변집단은 사회 내 각기 다른 역할을 담당했을 것으로 판단되는데 이는 취락의 공간 구조나 시설, 고분 출토품을 통해 유추해 볼 수 있다. 생산집단에는 여래리, 하계리, 퇴래리, 우계리 등이 해당하고 물류의 유통과 운송, 사회 내 교역을 담당한 집단은 관동리집단에 해당한다. 이와 같이 금관가야 사회는 다양한 역할을 하는 집단이 각각 구성원으로서 존재하며 왕성을 이루고 최고 지배층의묘역이 있는 대성동집단에 의해 통제되고 관리되었던 사회임을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

Geumgwan Gaya is a political structure centered on Gimhae, and is a society centered on ancient tombs such as Mokgwakmyo and Seokgwakmyo. It can be said that individual ancient tomb-building groups gather to form an ancient tomb society. The groups that make up the ancient tombs society can be divided into the central and the surrounding groups. Among them, the center is the ruins of Bonghwang-dong. The Bonghwang-dong ruins include the earthen fortifications, Bonghwangdae, and the surrounding area, which are not known as residential areas of the Daesung-dong Ancient Tombs. The Bonghwang-dong ruins can be set up as Geumgwan Gaya s royal castle rather than as a residential area of the Daesung-dong group, as complex facilities such as residential areas, ancient buildings, blood transfusion, shell guns, kilns, workshops, large buildings, special buildings, and ritual facilities are thoroughly arranged. It is believed that the Daeseong-dong group created the landscape of the royal castle through a thoroughly intentional layout. It is believed that the surrounding groups that form the Geumgwan Gaya society played different roles in society, which can be inferred from the spatial structure, facilities, and excavated ancient tombs. The production groups include Yeorae-ri, Hagye-ri, Toegye-ri, and Ugyeri, while the groups responsible for the distribution and transportation of logistics and trade in society belong to the Kwandong-ri group. As such, Geumgwan Gaya s society was controlled and managed by the Daeseong-dong group, each of which had various roles as a member, forming a royal family, and having a graveyard of the highest ruling class.
