국문 초록

최근 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC가 급성장함에 따라 모바일 플랫폼 기반 서비스들이 대거 출시되고 있다. 이러한 현상이 반영되면서 경영정보와 마케팅 분야에서는 모바일 환경에서 사용자의 이용 행태를 이해하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 대부분의 기존 연구들에서는 사용자 만족과 같은 감정적 측면만을 주로 고려하고 있다. 실제 모바일 환경에서 사용자들은 지불해야하는 비용 대비 효용성 평가하기 때문에 사용자의 인지적인 측면이 지속 사용의 의사 결정에 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 플랫폼 기반 서비스의 지속 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 감정적 측면과 인지적 측면을 모두 고려하여 연구 모형을 개발하였다. 연구 모형 검증을 위해 199명의 모바일 플랫폼 기반 서비스 사용자들로부터 데이터가 수집되었다. 분석 결과, 모바일 환경에서 사용자의 감정적 측면뿐만 아니라 인지적 측면이 서비스의 지속 사용 의지 형성에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 밝혀내었다. 또한, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 즐거움, 인지된 비용이 사용자 만족과 인지된 가치에 미치는 영향도 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

Given the extreme advances in mobile networks and services, it has become important to understand users’ decision-making processes in mobile platform based services. However, most of studies have only focused on the role of an affective construct such as user satisfaction. Actually, since mobile users are motivated to act based on the expectations of benefits and sacrifices, the cognitive process is a significant factor to determine user’s continuance intention. In the regard, this study develops a research model in considering user satisfaction and perceived value as key antecedents of users’ continuance intention toward mobile platform based services. The proposed model is empirically tested by using survey data collected from 199 mobile users. The findings indicate that both cognitive and affective constructs significantly affects user’s continuance intention toward mobile services. The analysis revealed that the proposed research model provided an in-depth understanding of user continuance behavior toward mobile platform based services.
