국문 초록

프랜차이즈 사업의 성공은 가맹본부와 가맹점 간의 협력적 관계를 통한 가맹점주의 사업 성공에 달려있다고 해도 과언이 아닐 정도로 매우 중요하다. 슈퍼바이저의 역할이 프랜차이즈본부와 가맹점과의 관계의 질을 향상시키는 데 있어서 실증적으로 분석하고 이를 통하여, 올바른 슈퍼바이저이 역할과 책임을 통한 가맹점 사업성과를 높이는 방안과 더불어 바람직한 슈퍼바이저의 역할과 기능에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 가맹점주를 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 슈퍼바이저의 역할과 관계의 질 및 행동의도 간의 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 슈퍼바이저의 역할은 커뮤니케이션과 카운슬링이 확인되었다. 만족에 영향을 미치는 슈퍼바이저의 역할은 커뮤니케이션이며, 몰입에 영향을 미치는 슈퍼바이저의 역할은 체크와 코디네이션으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재계약의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 만족과 몰입이 확인되었으며, 지인추천의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 만족이 나타났다.

영문 초록

The success of the franchise business is consistent with that of the franchisees. This is possible through a cooperative relationship between the franchise headquarters and the franchisees. The role of the supervisor is to improve the quality of the relationship between the franchise headquarters and the franchisees. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the role and relationship quality of the supervisor. The results are as follow. First, among the roles of the supervisor, communication and counseling confirmed the significant positive effect on trust. Among the roles of the supervisor, communication confirmed a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Among the roles of the supervisor, check and coordination showed a significant positive effect on commitment. Second, satisfaction and commitment were found to have a significant positive effect on the intention of the franchisees to renew the contract. Satisfaction was confirmed to have a positive effect on the intention of recommending others.
