주방 조리 중간관리자의 진실리더십과 장인적 직무수행 및 조직 유효성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 서울지역 외식서비스산업 종사자 282명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 진실리더십이 장인적 직무수행과 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 통계분석프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며 가설검증의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주방 조리 중간관리자의 진실리더십은 구성원의 장인적 직무수행에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구성원의 장인적 직무수행이 조직 유효성에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 주방 조리 중간관리자의 진실리더십은 구성원의 장인적 직무수행에 영향을 미치고 조직 전체의 유효성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되어 중간관리자는 구성원들에게 진실되고 도덕적인 행동을 해야 함을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on job crafting and organizational effectiveness by conducting a questionnaire survey for the restaurant service industry workers in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical analysis programs. The results of the hypothesis test are summarized as follows. First, the authentic leadership of the kitchen cooking middle manager had a significant positive(+) effect on the job crafting of the members. Second, it was analyzed that job crafting of members has a significant positive(+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Therefore, the authentic leadership of the kitchen cooking middle manager has been verified as affecting the work performance of the members and affecting the effectiveness of the entire organization, suggesting that the middle manager should act truthfully and morally to the members.
