국문 초록

본 연구는 서울·경기지역의 조리교육기관 교육생들의 참여동기를 목표지향성, 활동지향성, 학습지향성으로 구성개념을 규명하고 교육환경만족과의 상호연관성 규명과 심리적 웰빙의 매개효과를 검증할 연구 모형과 가설 검증의 이론적 토대를 만들었다. 실무적시사점으로 참여동기의 활동지향성과 학습지향성이 교육환경만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 참여동기 중 활동지향성과 학습지향성을 유발하도록 독려하여 교육환경만족도를 향상 시킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 활동지향성과 학습지향성과 교육환경만족 간에 심리적 웰빙의 매개효과가 입증되어 교육생의 정서적인 측면을 고려하여 기관 차원에서 교육생의 심리적 웰빙을 강화할 수 있는 자신감과 자부심, 미래를 계획하고 실천하면서 성취감을 함양할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study identifies the concept of composition as target-oriented, activity-oriented, and learning-oriented motivation of trainees in cooking education institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. It created the theoretical basis for hypothesis testing. Practical implications are encouraged to induce activity-orientation and learning-orientation among students motivation to participate, thereby improving the educational environment satisfaction, and the emotional aspects of trainees by verifying the mediating effect of psychological well-being between activity-oriented and learning-oriented and educational environment satisfaction Considering this, it is necessary to develop confidence and pride that can strengthen the psychological well-being of the trainees at the institutional level, and to develop a sense of achievement while planning and practicing the future.
