국문 초록

현재 우리나라에서는 고령사회를 대비하여 고령친화용품산업 활성화를 위한 제도적 장치를 마련하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구는 고령친화용품의 표준화를 통해 제품을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로서, 고령친화용품의 수요와 품질에 대하여 보건의료전문인을 대상으로 예비조사와 본조사간의 차이를 비교연구하고 있다. 예비조사에서는 부산에서 29명, 본조사에서는 서울과 부산의 100명을 대상으로, 본 연구자들이 국제표준화기구의 재활보조기구 분류체계(ISO9999)를 근거로 직접 개발한 설문지를 연구도구로 사용하고 있으며, 설문내용은 고령친화 건강용품, 고령친화 한방용품, 고령친화 생활용품으로 나누어 수요, 안전성, 편리성 3문항을 5점 척도로 측정하여, 예비조사와 본조사간의 차이를 비교하기 위하여 t-검정을 이용하고 있다.

영문 초록

There are a lot of efforts to build the welfare policy concerning senior-citizens in Korea. This is studying comparatively the differences between the results of demand and the quality of necessities for the elderly between pilot study and main study to develop goods for the elderly under the ongoing standardization system for the senior necessities. In this study, the subjects are 29 health professionals in Busan for pilot study, and 100 health professionals in Seoul and Busan for main study.The instrument used in this study is the structured questionnaire developed by 7 experts in Korea, which is based on ISO 9999. The questionnaire includes 3 categories such as the necessities for health, the necessities of Oriental Medicine and the necessities for daily living, and 3 items such as demand, safety and convenience. The items are measured with the 5 Likert scale. The data is analyzed by the t-test in order to compare the results of the pilot study with the main study.
