국문 초록

본 논문에서는 여성 질환의 한의학적 원인을 규명하기 위한 통계적 방법을 연구하기 위하여 여성 질환 중 불임을 고려하고 있다. 본 연구에서 고려하는 실험군은 2006년 6월부터 2006년 8월까지 동의대학교 한의과대학 한방부인과에서 실시한 불임의 한의학적 인자조사를 위한 임상연구 에 지원한 환자 가운데 DSOM의 진단 결과 병기가 산출되지 않은 사람을 제외한 53명과 2001년 5월부터 2006년 8월까지 동의대학교 부속한방병원에 내원한 외래환자 98명으로 총 151명의 여성불임 환자이다. 첫 번째 고려하는 대조군은 불임이 아닌 환자로서 2005년 6월부터 2006년 8월까지 DSOM으로 진단받은 한방부인과 외래환자 320명이고, 두 번째 고려하는 대조군은 역시 불임이 아닌 환자로서 2005년 11월부터 2006년 1월 사이에 사상체질의학과와 한방부인과에서 시행한 임상시험에 참여한 사람으로서 불임이 아닌 부인과 질환이 있는 사람과 정상인이 무작위로 섞여 있는 사람 24명이다. 본 논문에서는 여성불임 여부에 대한 DSOM 변수들의 연관성을 알아보고 불임의 한의학적 원인을 규명하기 위하여 단계별 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하여 대조군에 따라 선택되는 변수를 찾고, 진단정확률과 민감도, 특이도를 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study consider the statistical methods to investigate some cause of women infertility in oriental medicine. We analyze the medical records for 495 patients including 151 women infertility patients who visited Dongeui University Oriental Medical Center from May 2001 to June 2006. We investigate the DOSM symptom scores which effect women infertility patients using stepwise logistic regression model. Logistic regression analysis indicate as follows; In case of control group composed of 320 outpatient, 16 items of DSOM were associated with the women infertility, 7 items are associated positively and 9 items negatively, and the results show that correct rate is equal to 79.0%, sensitivity is 68.9%, specificity is 83.8%. In 24 clinical trials data, 15 items of DSOM were associated with the women infertility, 9 items are associated positively and 6 items negatively, and the results show that correct rate is equal to 90.9%, sensitivity is 73.5%, specificity is 80.2%. In 344 outpatient and clinical trials data, 16 items of DSOM were associated with the women infertility, 8 items are associated positively and 8 items negatively, and the results show that correct rate is equal to 78.2%, sensitivity is 73.5%, specificity is 80.2%.
