추천시스템에서 Top-N 추천을 위한 순위적합에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 협력적 필터링 추천시스템에서 사용자 기반(user-based) 근접 이웃 알고리즘(nearest neighbor algorithm)을 이용하여 예측을 하였다. 예측치의 유사도 가중치는 피어슨 상관계수와 벡터 유사도를 이용하였으며 생성된 예측치로 Top-N 추천 목록을 작성하였다. Top-N 추천 목록과 실제 선호도의 순위를 비교하여 예측방법에 따른 추천목록의 정확도에 대해 연구하였다. Top-N 추천 목록의 정확도를 측정하기 위해 순위적합률을 정의하여 유사도 가중치 피어슨 상관계수와 벡터 유사도를 이용한 예측의 결과를 비교하였으며 Top-N 목록에서 유사도 가중치인 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하였을 때가 벡터 유사도를 이용하였을 때보다 더 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The results are experimentally related with the change of MAE from the significant correlation coefficient and the number of pair response. This study predicted by using user-based nearest neighbor algorithm of recommender system. Pearson s correlation coefficient and vector similarity were used to get the similarity weight of prediction value and made Top-N recommended list from the generated prediction value. The precision of recommended list was researched by comparison of the rank between Top-N recommended list and actual preference. This research defined the Rank Fitting to get the precision of recommended list, and compared the Pearson s correlation coefficient of similarity weight with predicted results using the vector similarity. The using with Pearson s correlation coefficient of similarity weight marked higher than with Vector similarity from the Top-N list.
