국문 초록

6시그마 경영활동은 경영에서 발생하는 문제를 통계적으로 측정 분석하는 체계적인 경영혁신 도구이다. 따라서 국내외 많은 기업들이 기업경쟁우위 확보를 위한 도구로서 도입하고 있으며 다양한 영역에서 적용되고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 제조기업인 자동차산업과 철강산업을 대상으로 6시그마 방법론을 적용하여 유통 경쟁력 강화를 위한 JIT Delivery 체제를 구현하였다. 대표적인 6 시그마 구현도구인 DFSS(Design for Six Sigma) 방법론에 따라 Define, Measure, Explore 단계별로 생산관리 분석기법을 적용하여 현상을 분석하고, 개선기회를 도출하여 JIT Delivery 체계 설계방안을 제시하는데 목표를 두고 전개하였다. 결과물로 Explore(설계)단계에서 필요기능을 만족시킬 수 있는 개선방향을 도출하고, 상위수준의 설계요소와 설계방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

6-sigma management activity is a systematic management renovation tool to measure and analyze management problems statistically. Therefore, many of companies both at home and abroad are introducing it as a tool to secure its company competitiveness and applying to various areas. The study realized JIT delivery system to reinforce distribution competitiveness by applying 6-sigma methodology to the automotive industry and the steel industry, representative manufacturers. It analyzed AS-IS by applying production management analyzing method to each stage of Define , Measure and Explore according to DFSS methodology, a representative 6-sigma analysis tool. The study also aimed to induce an opportunity for improvement and suggest a design plan for JIT Delivery system. As a result, it induced improvement direction to satisfy necessary functions at Explore phase and suggested high-level design factors and design plan.
