국문 초록

국제사회는 새로운 개발의제로 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)를 설정하기 위한 준비를 하고 있으며, 지속가능발전목표는 지구촌에 남아있는 빈곤과 기아문제를 해결하고 인간의 삶의 질을 개선하기 위해 수립된 국제사회의 공동목표이다. 지속가능한 발전을 위해 17개의 목표와 169개의 세부목표로 구성된 지속가능발전목표는 개도국의 빈곤문제 해결을 위한 방안으로 개도국 농업부문의 개발에 집중하고 있다. 농업은 개도국의 경제성장에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 부분으로서 농업생산성 향상과 농촌지역 개발이라는 두 가지 목표가 설정된다. 이러한 환경변화 속에서 우리나라가 추진해온 국제농업개발협력은 새로운 패러다임 변화에 적응할 수 있는 방안을 수립해야 한다. 그동안 추진된 우리나라 국제농업개발협력의 문제점을 재검토하고 중장기적 개발협력이 이루어질 수 있도록 개선과제를 도출해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능발전 목표와 우리나라 국제농업개발협력을 연계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 향후 추진과제를 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The international community is facing an era of SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals). The Sustainable Development Goals is of global human well-being and to resolve remaining problems of poverty and hunger to improve the quality of life established on the common goal of the international community. 17 Goals and 169 Target for Sustainable Development Goals are issues of poverty in developing countries concentrates on developing the agricultural sector as a way for developing countries. Agriculture is the biggest influence on economic growth in developing countries as part of twin goals of development, agricultural productivity and rural areas is set. Such environmental change has pursued the nation is in the international agricultural development cooperation is a new paradigm should establish a measure that can adapt to change. I have been pushed forward with our country reviewed, the problems of the international agriculture development cooperation should be derived and mid and long term development cooperation is improved agenda to be achieved. In this study for sustainable development goals and international agricultural development to link cooperation in our country seek to going to present and the future tasks.
