자원기반관점(RBV)의 원산지관리역량이 FTA 수출성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

국문 초록

우리나라의 경우 내수시장이 좁고 대외의존도가 높은 경제적 특성을 지녔으며 수출입 비중의 대부분이 FTA 교역국과 이루어지고 있기 때문에, 체계적인 원산지관리를 통한 FTA 활용은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원산지관리역량을 기업의 내부자원 중심으로 보는 자원기반관점으로 구성시켜 궁극적으로 FTA 원산지검증성과 뿐 아니라 기업의 수출성과까지 향상시키기 위한 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 자원기반관점에 해당하는 원산지관리역량 요인들이 FTA 원산지검증성과와 수출성과에 각각 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업의 원산지운영인력은 FTA 원산지검증성과와 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 기업의 파트너십 구축은 FTA 원산지검증성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 기업의 파트너십 구축은 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 기업의 수출마케팅은 FTA 원산지검증성과와 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.

영문 초록

Many exporters and importers use certificate of origin as a differentiation strategy. The certificate of origin is implemented in accordance with the FTA preferential agreements. FTA preferential agreements contain Rules of origin. Now, Rules of origin are very important issue. Rules of origin have become a very noticeable feature of today’s international trade system. The rules of origin enable the preferential agreements to be correctly implemented, which promotes the development of trade and encourages investment. The purpose of this study is twofold. The first is to investigate characteristics of Rules of origin and the second is to obtain some insights between origin management competency of South Korea’s companies and FTA export performance(FTA verification performance of origin and export performance). So The basic question for this study is “What are the most important factors affecting the FTA export performance in South Korea’s exporting companies.” For this study, We obtained the effective sample of 238 parts by deploying questionnaires online and offline for domestic exporters. Through SPSS 23.0, the basic statistics, reliability analysis, factors analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted, and the results are as follows. First, Operation resources engaged in managing of Rules of origin, establishment of partnership, export marketing have positive effects on FTA verification performance of origin. Second, Operation resources engaged in managing of Rules of origin, export marketing have positive effects on export performance.
