바리스타의 자기주도학습이 학습전이에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 바리스타의 자기주도학습이 학습전이에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 자기효능감의 매개효과을 검증하고 고용형태의 조절효과를 실증분석 하는 것이다. 설문 시점 기준 1년 이내에 바리스타 교육을 받은 바리스타를 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 325부의 설문의 회수하여 불성실하거나 고용형태가 대표 및 점주로 되어있는 설문 71부를 제외한 254부를 분석에 사용하였으며, SPSS 23.0을 통하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기주도학습은 자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자기효능감은 학습전이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째 자기주도학습은 학습전이에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 자기주도학습과 학습전이 관계에 부분매개효과를 갖는다. 다섯째, 자기효능감과 학습전이의 관계에서 정규직 바리스타의 학습전이가 비정규직 바리스타에 비해 높게 나타나 고용형태에 따른 차이가 발생한다. 이에 따라 바리스타의 직무교육에 있어서 자기주도학습의 학습전이에 정(+)영향을 미침으로 교육프로그램 구성에 대한 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 바리스타 직무교육시 자기효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 운영이 필요하다는 학문적 시사점을 제시한다. 또한 고용형태에 따라 정규직과 비정규직을 비교하였을 때 정규직이 비정규직보다 자기효능감이 높을수록 학습전이가 높게 나타나는 차이가 발생함으로 고용형태의 차이를 고려한 직무교육훈련이 운영되어야 한다는 실무적 시사점을 제시한다.

영문 초록

This studies purpose is to check the how self-directed learning will spread among barista students, and to prove that self-efficacy has a mediated effect. To show this, we will analyze employment forms and regulation effects. The survey was completed by baristas that had completed a standard level barista education class within the last year. In total 325 surveys and employment forms were analyzed. 254 cases were used and 71 cases in which the employment forms didn’t match our requirements. For this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis, and mediated, Moderating effects were all used in order to come to a conclusion. Our findings showed the following; First, self-directed learning has a positive(+) effect on Self-Efficacy. Second, Self-efficacy has a positive(+) effect on learning transfer. Third, self-directed learning has a positive(+) effect on learning transfer. Fourth, self-efficacy has a mediated effect on self-directed learning and learning transfer. Fifth, self-efficacy and learning transfer is affected by employment status. For example, among full time barista’s, learning transfer is higher than among part-time baristas. In conclusion, we found that self-directed learning is important in training baristas. This, however, is affected by the employment status of the baristas. It is also necessary to operate education programs that can improve self-efficacy during barista job training. And presents a practical point of view that job training and training should be operated considering differences in employment patterns.
