국문 초록

본 연구는 아동학대 피해 청소년들의 우울증상과 사회적 위축의 감소와 가족응집력, 그리고 자아존중감에 있어서 가족여행의 긍정적 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구자는 2019년 8월부터 심층면접을 통해 2019년 10월까지 15명의 아동학대 피해를 겪은 청소년들을 대상으로 누적적 표집방식(Snowball sampling)을 실시하였다. 인터뷰에 근거하여, 연구자는 가족여행이 어떻게 가족화해를 시킬 뿐만 아니라, 가족 간 용서함을 통해 갈등을 해결하는지를 깊이 있게 이해하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 연구참여자들은 어린 시절 부모에 대한 억압된 감정, 분노의 감정을 가지고 있었다. 하지만 가족과의 관계개선에 있어서 가족여행을 통해 긍정적인 변화들이 나타났다. 구체적으로, 가족여행은 청소년의 우울감과 사회적 위축을 줄였고, 가족구성원으로서 친밀감 및 자아존중감을 형성하는데 도움이 되었다. 나아가 가족여행은 가족 간의 용서함과 분노감의 감소를 통해 가족구성원에 대한 긍정적 화해효과도 나타났다. 결론적으로 청소년의 아동학대 문제해결을 위해서 가족관계의 증진을 통한 치유여행이 될 수 있도록 가족여행프로그램을 기획/운영할 뿐만 아니라, 부모와 함께 하는 여행치유 복지프로그램의 다양한 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was to explore the effects of family travel on the decreases of depressive symptom and social withdrawal, as well as the increases of family cohesion and self-esteem for adolescents victims with abused children. From August 2019 to October 2019, the researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 15 adolescents who had experienced child abuse in their families, by using snowball sampling techniques to identify study participants. Based on these interviews, the researcher also conducted a profound understanding of how the families could be reconciled through family travel, and taken towards healing conflict for forgiveness in family relationships. According to the results, the participants of research had depressive feelings and anger attitude towards their parents from childhood. But through family travels, there were positive changes in family relationships. The result of this research showed that family travel decreased depressive symptom and social withdrawal, as well as improved the sense of intimacy with their family members. Furthermore, the results were verified the increase of forgiveness, decrease of anger and improvement of self-esteem. They could open their mind safely and sympathy each other, creating an atmosphere that would decrease negative emotion with homogeneity between family members. In summary, to solve problems of healing trauma that caused of child abuse among adolescents, it is not only to make the family travel as a healing travel, but also need to develop welfare travel programmes that adolescents and parents can participate together.
