해외골프관광지속성이 골프이용객의 제약요인, 가치 및 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 해외골프여행객이 인지하는 관광지속성과 관광제약요인이 관광객 가치 및 태도에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하고 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 해외 골프관광 상품을 구매한 경험이 있는 관광객으로 표본을 구성하여 2019년 4월 1일부터 15일까지 서울 및 대구에 위치한 골프장에서 무작위 표본추출방법을 활용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 해외 골프관광지 속성과 관광제약요인이 해외골프여행을 계획하고 있는 기 경험자(해외골프여행)나 신규참여자의 가치 및 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로서 해외골프관광 참여시 어떠한 선행요인이 관광객의 태도를 긍정적(이 경우 관계유지 의향이 있음), 또는 부정적(이 경우 전환의도 발생 가능성 제기됨)으로 유도하는가에 대한 포괄적인 이해가 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자들은 해외골프관광상품 선택 시 투입한 시간, 비용, 노력에 대한 가치판단 기준이 되는 지역특성, 여행성, 그리고 여흥성을 매우 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 둘째, 관광제약요인의 2개 하위요인인 내재적 및 외재적요인 모두 관광객 가치에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 조사되었다. 셋째, 관광객가치가 관광객태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 분석결과를 보면 관광객태도의 2개 하위요인인 관계유지와 전환의도에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다.

영문 초록

This study would like to investigate the causal relationship of those overseas golf tour participants’ intention to stay or switch from the existing golf destination(regional characteristics, travel aspects, entertainment aspects) based on the destination attributes, tourists’ value and tour constraints(external and internal constraints). A questionnaire was formed after being reviewed by researchers and industry experts and the final form was distributed from April 1st till April 15th this year to golfers who had a previous experience in participating in overseas golf tour. Following results were drawn. Firstly, Overseas golf tour participants did put high value on destination attributes when they decided on the golf tour destination as their time, effort and money were put into it and they would like to get the most out of it. Secondly, tour constraints with two sub factors of external and internal were found to be statistically insignificant on tourist value. Thirdly, the test result showed that tourists’ value on tourists’ attitude(relationship continuation or switching intention) was found to be statistically significant. Participants to overseas golf tour were either satisfied or dissatisfied from the tours depending on the experience acquired from a golf tour destination attributes.
