대학교의 저조한 기부금 수입의 원인에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학교의 저조한 기부금 수입이 졸업생 동문들의 낮은 기부율에 기인하는 것으로 판단하고 한국외국어대학교의 사례를 중심으로 졸업생 동문들의 기부율이 낮은 원인에 대하여 살펴보았다. 구체적으로, 본 연구에서는 (1)기부금 기탁 경험 유무와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (2)기부금 기탁에 대한 외적 동기(기부금 기탁 요청 유무)와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (3)모교의 기부금 집행에 대한 신뢰도와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (4)모교-졸업생 간의 유대관계 정도(모교에 대한 관심, 모교와의 관련성 등)와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (5)기부금의 명확한 목적성 존재 유무와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (6)모교 전반에 대한 인식 정도(학교의 성과, 졸업생에 대한 모교의 태도 관련 만족도)와 실제 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (7)졸업생의 소득 수준/학번과 모교 기부경험 유무와의 관련성, (8)기부금 유형에 따른 선호도 차이와 실제 기부 결과에 대해 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

In the current research, we investigated why the donation rate of graduates alumni is low, predicting that the low donation income of the university is attributable to the low donation rate of the graduate alumni, centering on cases of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. Specifically, we examined (1) the relationship between the donation deposit experience and the actual alma mater donation experience, (2) the relationship between the external motivation of donation deposit (presence or absence of donation deposit request) and the actual alma mater donation experience, (3) the relationship between reliability on enforcement of donation by the alma mater and the actual alma mater donation experience, (4) the association between the degree of relationship between the alma mater and the alumni (e.g., interest in the alma mater, relevance to the alma mater, etc.) and the actual alma mater donation experience, (5) the relationship between existence of clear purpose of donation and the actual alma mater donation experience, (6) the relationship between the alumni’s overall evaluation of the alma mater and the actual alma mater donation experience, (7) the relationship between the income level/student number of the graduates and the actual alma mater donation experience, and (8) the difference of alumni’s preference according to the donation type and their actual donation.
