국문 초록

본 연구목적은 근골격계 질환 예방 교육 및 운동 프로그램의 적용에 따른 장애인 거주시설 생활재활교사들의 근골격계 통증과 직무 스트레스의 변화를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 장애인 거주시설 생활재활교사 30명이다. 근골격계 질환 예방교육은 대상자 관리, 일상생활 수행지원, 부적절한 작업자세, 요통위험, 대상자 자세변경, 오염물 관리로 구성되었으며, 운동 프로그램은 부위별 근력운동으로 구성되었다. 근골격계 통증 평가는 근골격계 질환 증상조사표를 활용하여 근골격계 통증 증상 분포와 신체 부위별 근골격계 통증 증상 분포, 통증기간, 통증강도, 통증빈도, 총 점을 평가하였다. 직무 스트레스 평가는 직무 스트레스 설문지를 활용하여 직무 재량도, 직무 요구도, 사회적 지지에 대한 스트레스를 평가하였다. 연구결과 대상자들의 근골격계 통증과 직무 스트레스가 감소되었다. 따라서, 장애인 거주시설 생활재활교사의 근골격계 통증과 직무 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해 근골격계 질환 예방교육과 운동 프로그램의 적용을 고려해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to analysis of the changes of the musculoskeletal pain and job stress of the life rehabilitation in the residential care facility for the disabled through the application of the musculoskeletal disorders prevention education and exercise program. The subjects were 30 life rehabilitation teachers in the residential care facility for the disabled. The musculoskeletal disorders prevention education consisted of client management, supporting the activities of daily life, maintaining the proper posture, repositioning the client, energy conservation, maintaining the low back pain, protecting the joint, maintaining the contaminant. The exercise program consisted of the muscle strengthening exercise. To measure the musculoskeletal pain, the musculoskeletal disorders symptom survey was used and the distribution of the musculoskeletal pain, the distribution of the musculoskeletal pain by region, pain period, intensity, frequency and total score was measured. Also, to measure the job stress, the job stress questionnaire was used to measure the job latitude, demand and social support. After these, the musculoskeletal pain and job stress were decreased. As a result, the application of musculoskeletal disorders prevention education and exercise program should be considered to decrease the musculoskeletal pain and job stress of life rehabilitation teachers in the residential care facility for the disabled.
