장애인복지관 종사자의 직무만족도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 최근 장애인복지관의 평생교육 기능이 강조되고 있는 상황을 고려하여 장애인복지관 종사자의 평생교육 직무에 따른 직무만족도를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구를 위해 장애인복지관 평생교육 담당자 307명과 비담당자 170명 등 총 477명이 응답한 설문조사의 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인복지관 종사자의 직무만족도를 직무, 보수, 승진, 상사, 동료, 근무시설, 현직유지의 7개 영역별로 분석한 결과, 보수와 승진에 대한 만족도가 평균 이하의 점수를 보여 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 장애인 평생교육 담당자의 보수 및 승진에 대한 만족도가 비담당자에 비해 유의미하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인복지관 평생교육 담당자가 근무하고 있는 기관 특성과 인구학적 특성에 따른 직무만족도 차이를 분석한 결과, 근무기관의 운영주체 및 기관 소재지, 담당자의 성별, 연령, 학력, 고용 형태에 따라 하위영역별 만족도에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 장애인복지관 평생교육 담당자의 직무만족도 제고 방안과 장애인복지관의 평생교육 기능 강화를 위한 개선 방안에 대하여 몇 가지 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze job satisfaction according to the lifelong education of the employees of welfare center for the disabled, considering the situation in which the function of lifelong education of the welfare center for the disabled is being emphasized. The data of 477 in total, including 307 employees in charge of lifelong education, 170 employees who are not in charge of, is analyzed for the research, and the main results of the research are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing job satisfaction of employees of the welfare center for the disabled in seven areas of job, wage, promotion, supervisor, co-worker, working facility, and job retention, the satisfaction level in wage and promotion were lower than average. In particular, the satisfaction level in wage and promotion of employees in charge of lifelong education for the disabled were found to be significantly lower than the employees who are not in charge of. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference in job satisfaction level depending on the characteristics of institution where the employees in charge of lifelong education work for and demographic characteristics, the satisfaction level in sub-area shows the significant difference depending on the operator of working institution and its location, the sex, age, educational background of employee, and the type of employment. Based on the above research result, we discussed several improvement plans which can strengthen the function of lifelong education in the welfare center for the disabled and the measures, which can improve the job satisfaction level of employees in charge of the lifelong education in the welfare center for the disabled.
