생명운동에서의 가정공동체 역할 복원을 위한 탐색적 연구 - 유아세례, 혼인성사, 몸의 신학, 복음적 가난을 중심으로

국문 초록

한국 교회는 그동안 무분별한 생명경시 문화에 맞서 생명운동을 전개해왔다. 그러나 2019년 헌법재판소의 낙태죄 헌법불합치 판결은 생명운동의 한계를 보여준 상징적 사건이다. 필자는 생명운동에서 그동안 ‘빠진 고리(missing link)’였던 가정공동체의 가능성에 주목하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 가정공동체에서의 유아세례, 혼인성사의 성사적 준비와, 몸의 신학, 복음적 가난의 영성적 준비가 생명운동에 어떤 기여를 할 수 있을까를 살펴본 탐색적 연구이다. 첫 번째로 4명의 인터뷰를 시행하였고, 유아세례와 혼인성사를 한 신자 가정이 생명교리에 더 긍정적임을 확인하였다. 두 번째로 필자가 개발한 복음적 가난 척도 등의 타당화를 위한 예비조사를 설문조사로 시행하였다.(배포: 50명, 분석: 45명, 평균나이 43.11세). 세 번째로 본조사를 설문조사로 시행하였다(배포: 240명, 분석: 216명, 평균나이: 44.16세). 연구결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 피임 집단보다 피임을 하지 않는 집단에서 ‘생명교리’의 인식정도가 더 높고(p<0.01), ‘몸의 신학’에 대한 인식 정도가 더 높으며(p<0.01), ‘복음적 가난’을 실제 행동으로 더 옮기고 있었다.(p<0.01). (2) ‘생명교리’ ‘몸의 신학’ ‘복음적 가난’은 통계적으로 의미있는 관계로 나타났다(p<0.01). (3) 부모에 의해 ‘유아세례’를 받은 집단이 ‘복음적 가난의 실천’을 더 하고, ‘혼인성사’를 더 받으며, ‘자녀수’가 더 많았다. (4) ‘복음적 가난 실천’의 정도가 높은 집단이 자녀들과 ‘함께 가정기도’를 더 했다. (5) ‘혼인성사’를 받은 집단이 ‘몸의 신학’을 더 인식하고, 자녀에게 ‘유아세례’를 더 받게 했다. 토론에서는 pro life 생명운동에서 기대만큼의 효과가 나타나지 않은 이유를 4가지로 살펴보았다. 그리고 생명운동을 위한 2가지 제안을 하였으며, 본연구의 시사점과 한계에 대해서도 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In Korea, the life movement of Catholic Church that has been making a lot of efforts to overcome the reckless life culture has not been as effective as expected.. We noticed the role of the family community, which was a missing link in the life movement. The purpose of this exploratory study is to examine what kind of contribution can be made to the life movement in the family community by the sacramental preparation of the infant baptism, the marriage as a sacrament, and the spiritual preparation of the theology of the body and the evangelical poverty. First, four interviews were conducted by preliminary investigation, and it confirmed that it is more positive for life doctrine in a family community with the infant baptism and the marriage as a sacrament. Second, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 50 people under the age of 50, and analyzed 45 data to develope the scale of the evangelical poverty for the main survey(average age was 43.11). Third, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 240 people under the age of 50. And we analyzed 216 data statistically(average age was 44.16). The results of study are as followings; (1) The non-contraceptive group are more aware of the life doctrine (p<0.01), the theology of the body (p<0.01), and the evangelical poverty(p<0.01) than the contraceptive group. (2) The relationship between the life doctrine, the theology of the body, and the evangelical poverty was statistically significant(p<0.01). (3) The group that received infant baptism by the parents practiced more evangelical poverty, married more as a sacrament, and had more children. (4) The group practicing the evangelical poverty prayed more with their children. (5) The group of the marriage as a sacrament recognized the theology of the body more, and allowed their children to be baptized with infants more. In the discussion, we looked at four reasons why the pro-life movement did not show the expected effect. And we suggested two alternatives for more effective life movement. The implications and limitations of this study are also discussed.
