국문 초록

바빌론 유배 이후 이스라엘 백성 공동체는 새로운 하느님 백성 공동체를 기획한다. 유배 이후 공동체 재건의 기사를 들려주는 에즈라기/느헤미야기는‘혈통’을 강조하면서 이스라엘 백성 공동체의 정체성을 회복하고자 노력하는 모습을 보여준다. 하지만, 동시대를 배경으로 하고 있는 제3이사야(55-66장)는 ‘혈통’이 아닌, ‘윤리’ 중심의 공동체를 기획한다. 이 둘의 상충적 모습은 제3이사야가 추구하는 새로운 하느님 백성 공동체가 전통적 가르침을 거스르는 것으로 오해하게끔 만든다. 하지만, 제3이사야가 추구한 새로운 하느님 백성 공동체는 이스라엘 백성이라는 혈통의 강조가 아닌, 윤리적 가르침의 준수와 실천이 더 중요함을 강조하면서, 전통에서 진일보된 신학적 전망을 개진한다. 이사 56,3.6은 이방인을 지칭하는 가운데 rkn를 사용한다. 전통적으로 이스라엘 공동체와 함께 할 수 있는 이방인으로 간주되어 온 rg가 아닌, rkn를 사용하여, 공동체 수용의 범주를 더욱 확대하였다. 아울러 제2이사야서에서 등장한 ‘주님의 종(hwhy db[)’과 ‘주님의 종들(hwhy ydb[)’ 개념을 이방인과 고자에게 적용하면서 제3이사야서는 새로운 하느님 백성 공동체의 정체성을 확장한다. 윤리 준수는 특히 안식일의 준수라는 구체적 계명의 실천으로 구체화되며, 이는 전통적으로 하느님 백성 공동체에 속할 수 없다고 간주되어온 이방인(rkn)과 고자(syrs)도 ‘주님의 종들(hwhy ydb[)’이 될 수 있는 전제 조건으로 제시된다. 이렇듯 역사서와 달리, 이사 56,1-8이 묘사하는 신학적 확장은 하느님 백성 공동체를 폐쇄적 공동체가 아닌, 개방적 공동체로 이끌어준다.

영문 초록

After Babylon exile, Israelites community has planned a new community of God. The Book of Ezra/Nehemiah told the restoration of community after exile, they emphasized ‘blood’ and tried to show the exertive image of restoring the identity of the community. But, the third Isaiah (chapter 55-66), which also based on the same era, planned a community centered on not ‘blood’ but ‘ethics’. These contradictions made to misunderstand the new community of God which the third Isaiah pursued go against the traditional teachings. But, the new community of God, which the third Isaiah pursued, emphasized to obey and to practice ethical teachings are more important than emphasizing the blood as Israel people, and set forth step-forwarding theological view from the tradition. In Isaiah 56,3.6, ‘rkn’ is used to call the foreigners. Traditionally, ‘rg’ was used for the foreigners who could be with Israel community, but with using ‘rkn’ rather than ‘rg’, it expanded the accepting scope of community. At the same time, the conceptions of ‘the servant of God (hwhy db[)’ and ‘the servants of God (hwhy ydb[)’ in the second Isaiah applied to the foreigners and to the eunuchs, which also extended the identity of the new community of God in the third Isaiah. Obeying ethics, especially Sabbath keeping is concreted by this specific law practice. This is presented as to the precondition that even the foreigners (rkn) and the eunuchs (syrs), who were considered that they could not belong to God’s people community, could be ‘the servants of God (hwhy ydb[). Like this, in a different way from Historical Books, the theological expansion which is described in the Isaiah 56, 1-8 leads the community of God to the open-community, not as the closed-community.
