한·중 대학 항공서비스 학과 교육과정 비교

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 한·중 양국의 4개 대학 사례연구를 통하여 항공서비스학과의 교육과정이 인재양성 목표를 근거로 핵심역량을 어떻게 설정하고 있으며, 교육과정은 어떻게 편성·운영되고 있는지를 비교 분석하여 그 시사점을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한·중 양국의 미래지향 글로벌 인재양성을 목표로 하고 있는 4개 대학을 선정하여 사례를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 한·중 사례 대학 모두 학교의 설립이념 및 인재양성 목표에 근거하여 핵심역량을 설정하고 있었으며 역량을 도출하였다는 공통점을 갖고 있었으며, 한국대학은 핵심역량기반의 교육과정을 체계적으로 편성하고 운영함과 동시에 자체적인 핵심역량 평가도구를 이용하여 측정한 성과지표를 교육과정에 반영하고 있었다. 이와 반면 중국대학은 핵심역량에 기반한 교육과정을 구성 및 운영에는 미흡하였으며 사례 대학 모두 자체의 평가도구는 없고 ‘CSSA’에 근거하여 학생들의 질적 수준을 평가하는데 그치었다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 근거하여 국가적 차원의 핵심역량 강화의 필요성이 제기되며, 대학들은 자체만의 핵심역량 측정도구를 개발함과 동시에 측정의 성과를 차기의 교육과정에 반영할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to conduct comparative analysis to see how the curriculums of air service departments are establishing core competencies based on the cultivation of talent and how they are organizing and managing their curriculums through case studies of 4 universities in Korea and China and to present implications. Therefore, 4 universities aiming to cultivate future-oriented global talent in Korea and China were selected and cases were comparatively analyzed. Research results showed that all Korean and Chinese university cases established core competencies based on school ideologies of establishment and talent cultivating goals and all drew out capabilities but Korean universities systematically organized and managed core competency-based curriculums and simultaneously they were applying performance indexes measured using their own core competency evaluation tools to their curriculum. On the other hand, Chinese universities were insufficient in their construction of systematic core competencies and in their application to curriculums and both universities simply evaluated the capacities of students based on ‘CSSA’ developed by Tsinghua University. Based on such research results, the need is raised for reinforced core competencies on a national level in the higher education of China and universities should develop their own core competency measurement tools and at the same time, apply measured performance to following curriculums.
