국문 초록

본 연구는 한국비자 발급 완화 정책이 방한 베트남 관광객의 장·단기 수요에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 ARDL 모형을 기초로 한국비자발급 완화 정책요인과 국제관광 수요에 영향을 미치는 전통적인 경제요인들을 설명변수로 설정하고, 이 요인들이 방한 베트남 관광객 수요에 영향을 미치는 장·단기 동태적 영향관계를 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 설정한 방한 베트남 관광객 수요 모형 분석 추정결과 예상과 달리 경제변수들과 계절더미 변수는 장기적으로 방한 베트남관광객 수요에 유효한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한국비자 발급 완화 정책 중 방문·관광비자 간소화 조치는 방한 베트남 관광 수요에 장·단기적으로 유효한 영향을 미치는 것으로 추정되었지만, 베트남 3대 도시 주민에 대한 한국 복수비자 확대 발급 조치는 방한 베트남 관광 수요에 장·단기적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research is an empirical analysis of the long-run and short-run dynamic effects of the Korean visa issuance mitigation Policy on the demand of Vietnamese tourists to Korea. To achieve the purpose of this research, the Korean visa issuance mitigation policy factors, along with the traditional economic factors that affect the demand for international tourism, are set as an explanatory variable and The long-run and short- run dynamic influence on Vietnamese tourist demand was analyzed by using ARDL model. The estimation of ARDL Model of Vietnamese Tour Demand in Korea shows that the economic and seasonal dummy variables do not have a long-run effect on the demand of Vietnamese tourists in Korea. On the other hand, Among the Korean visa issuance mitigation policies, simplification of visits and tourist visas was estimated to have the positive long-run and short-run dynamic effects on the demand of Vietnamese tourists in Korea. However, the measure to issue multiple visa to residents of three major cities in Vietnam does not have a significant impact in the long-run and short-run dynamic effects.
