국문 초록

대구경북 지역의 대학생이 인식하는 긍정심리자본의 요인들이 여행 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 대학생이 인식한 긍정심리자본은 회복 탄력성, 희망, 자기 효능감, 낙관주의 4개 요인으로 요인화되었다. 둘째, 대학생이 인식하는 긍정심리자본과 여행만족에 관한 영향을 파악하고자 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 긍정심리자본의 4개 요인 중에서 희망과 낙관주의가 여행만족에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 다음의 관리적 시사점을 지닌다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본은 대학생의 학업 생활의 적응력을 높이고 행복한 삶을 즐기도록 하는 역할을 한다. 둘째, 대학생활의 중요한 경험 요소는 여행이므로 젊은 세대를 위한 긍정적인 여행문화를 정착시키고, ‘내일로 티켓’과 같은 젊은 세대를 위한 여행 정책과 제도가 활성화되어야 한다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본의 요인 중에서 희망과 낙관주의가 여행 만족에 영향을 준다는 연구결과가 도출되었다. 희망과 낙관주의를 강조하는 여행 주제나 코스를 설정하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was performed on DaeguGyeongbuk University students and its purpose was to identify the positive psychological factors of their language learning journey and the impact on the empirical verification of these factors. The results of this study are as follows. First, the positive psychological capital factors identified by University students have been factored into four areas: resilience, hope, self-efficacy, and optimism. Second, a regression analysis was conducted to verify the effects of positive psychological capital and travel satisfaction perceived by university students. Among the four abstract sources of positive psychological capital, hope and optimism have been analyzed to have a positive(+) effect on travel satisfaction. This study s implications are as follows. First, the positive psychology of a University student’s life correlates to the life a student personally enjoys. Secondly, university life is an important experience for the younger generation in terms of a positive experience when travelling and experiencing a new culture. Travel policies and institutions for the younger generation, such as tickets for tomorrow, should be activated. Third, research has shown that hope and optimism affect travel satisfaction among the factors of positive psychological capital. It is necessary to establish a travel theme or course that emphasizes hope and optimism in order to increase the level of satisfaction experienced by travelling students.
