국문 초록

이 논문의 제목은 “통일 후 북한지역 부동산의 처리문제”라고 정하였다. 현재 북한은 사회주의 소유제도를 가지고 있다. 그러나 남한은 자본주의 소유제도를 가지고 있다. 그러므로 장래 남한과 북한이 통일을 할 경우에, 부동산소유제도의 통합과정에서 많은 문제가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 특히 남북한의 부동산 소유제도의 통합문제는 장래 북한경제의 향상을 위하여 많은 영향을 미친다는 점에서 신중한 접근이 필요하다. 그런데 남북한의 부동산소유제도의 통합문제는 북한주민을 보호하는 방향에서 검토되는 것이 타당하다. 또한 남북한의 부동산소유제도의 통합문제는 북한지역의 발전을 위하여 검토되는 것이 필요하다. 본고는 남북한의 통일 후 북한지역의 부동산 중에서 주택과 건물의 소유권의 재편방향에 대하여 검토하였다.

영문 초록

The title of this thesis is “A Study on the Disposal of Real Estate in North Korea after Unification of South and North Korea-focusing on houses and buildings-”. Currently, North Korea has a socialist ownership system. But South Korea has a capitalist ownership system. Therefore, if South and North Korea unify in the future, many problems are expected to occur in the process of integrating the property ownership system. In particular, the integration problem of real estate ownership system between the two Koreas needs a careful approach in that it will have a lot of influence for the improvement of the North Korean economy in the future. However, it is reasonable to examine the integration of real estate ownership systems between the two Koreas in the direction of protecting North Koreans. In addition, the integration problem of real estate ownership system between the two Koreas needs to be examined for the development of North Korea.This paper examined the reorientation of ownership of houses and buildings among real estates in North Korea after the reunification of the two Koreas.
